I blind bought this one because of your video. Wow, it's pure wood! Not smoky, and incense also not very strong. I am so glad my plastic cover is still in one piece😁

My first love has to do with that it made sense to me. I'll explain. Many times a salesperson or content provider would say this is supposed to smell like this, or that, etc. So, without further ado, Serge Lutens fille en aiguilles. I understood the composition and what it was supposed to represent. It made me feel like I understood, thus that I belonged. I was now part of a community. I was no longer on the outside thinking that I couldn't comprehend. To be more specific. A sales rep would say, " You can smell the deep woods in this one". I thought, "Man I don't smell no damn woods at all". Uncle Serges' work opened a door that had been locked. BTW, I adore patchouli also. I also love sandalwood and yes I am a dark woods fan too. Subbed and belled ya.

I recently tested out the creeds in a boutique and they do not last... I had my left arm with Parfums de Marly and my right arm with Creed and it's laughable how quickly the Creed fades. But I think the Creed's are really fresh... like a blast of tropical fresh air conditioner in the face. However the Parfums de Marly are still lingering in my clothes 3 days later ... and even after I showered it was still kicking. I think anything over 200 euros should have beast, king level performance

2 Man has been one of my regular wears ever since it came out. It's just sublime. My Dad wore Aramis when I was a boy, but he also had a bottle of (original formulation) Paco Rabanne Pour Homme which was the perfect scent until PR ruined it by reformulation.

I would suggest you zoom way in to film-you feel too far away as do the fragrances (actually got much better 10 minutes in.) And don’t bother spraying as we can’t see much & instead I just saw dollars flying out of the atomizer😂 I own & love Santal Astral & Starlight. Musk Therapy is so well loved by the masses & a surprising compliment getter but it’s not a love for me. I only need my 10 ml decant & same with Angels Share.

Eva has really good taste and a very aristocratic air too. Narciso Rodriguez does musk beautifully. For Him edp is a discontinued masterpiece. Nice video!

My first love at first sniff was Naxos by Xerjoff-they know how to hook you in the store. My top 3 love at first sniffs would include Un Air d’Apogee by Maison Violet, old Shalimar by Guerlain, and Unknown Pleasures by Kerosene

“Angel’s Share” is a term distillers use to describe the evaporation that occurs in the barrel during the aging process. To my nose the drydown in Angel’s Share is the same as PdM’s Oajan. Both have their own unique openings, and I really enjoy both, but $/ml is usually cheaper with PdM. Both fragrances are very similar to Ambre Narguile by Hermes which is inspired by the fruity smells of shisha in Hookah smoking.

Nice video! My dad has always been a fan of the fresher ones. His favourite and always present brand in wardrobe is Kenzo, so for the last two decades I’ve had an opportunity to smell them all. 😄

Great options. My dad's fragrance is carlo corinto classic. And within my collection, the one that I consider most represents the modern father is l’homme ideal edp.

That was beautiful! You make fragrances sound quite delicious. My Dad, being from the Middle East, likes the denser, more ambrosial byzantine perfumes. In the past, he used to like Bois Noir (then became Egoïste) and Zino by Davidoff. Another one I remember was Havana by Aramis, which was a departure into the herbal, aromatic realm. I think his most recent favourite is Tom Ford Noir Anthracite.

I owe around 200 bottles of fragrance and Cuir Vetiver by Yves Rocher is probably my most complimented. It's also similar to Vetiver Tonka by Hermes.

I started my fragrance journey just last year, terre d hermes is one of the first perfumes i tested on paper, and I wasn't impressed.but just last month,i tested it on my skin,and i regret not buying it before.i love this scent,it will be one of my signature scent.

no matter what people say about le male le parfum it just doesnt last and its so hard to make it known to others. it immediately fades. I would not buy that. I did buy it but returned it because of its short lifespan ON SKIN
