My Fler shop: www.fler.cz/my-cellar-workshop Hi everyone! This time I tried to make something a bit different. This project consists of metalworking and woodworking. I am not a good welder so my grandfather helped me to make the metal construction. But the rest of the built was in my hands. I used only basic materials available in every "hobby" shop - 10mm steel rods, 18 mm thick spruce boards...

My Fler shop: www.fler.cz/my-cellar-workshop Hi! Finally this video is done! It was one of my biggest projects ever. I have learnt a lot of new things during this build and I love the results. I made two of these chairs. I used only beech lumber and beech dowels. The only metal parts are 6 screws which secure the seat to the rest of the chair. Be sure to subscribe my channel so you don't miss a...

I also used some materials which I thought will by scraps (small pieces of OSB and MDF). This ...

    Next time you build a cabinet, I would recommend that the top and bottom are inside the side panels, it is much stronger. For the drawers it is a good idea to put the sides on the outside of the front and back so that endgrain Will not show from the front.

    I'm impressed with the level of accuracy you are able to obtain with a circular saw and cordless drill. I'm also impressed with your efficient use of materials, recycling of material and your thoughtful design. Well done. Keep up the good work.

    the window for the clock mechanism wasn't perfect. How do you cut out the window without a router. Can this be done with something else? And if using a router can we not use some kind of guide?

    • @mycellarworkshop5822
      @mycellarworkshop5822 Před rokem

      Well you could probably remove the material with some wide drill. But router is much better. And yes it could have been dobe better with some homemade jig but nobody will ever see it si I didnt waste time with it…
