Just rewatched your video. Brought back so many great memories. I met so many great people playing Warhawk. Some of them I still keep in touch with after all this time. Sony would have such a gold mine bringing back some of the ps3 games. Hopefully someday 🙏🙏🙏

I still have my copy, I bought it because I loved the original PS1 Gen 1 release. I'm even writing Warhawk into the background of a film script I'm writing now...I hope Sony buys it. They are different gameplay styles, it was hard for me to get into the multi-player modes because of internet access and lag, and I generally hate games that are solely multi-player. Like, why am I here? But this game was a strong attempt for the original Interplay IP, and a good video. I feel you dude. . . . Might you review the PS1 original?

man i was like 2 years old when this game dropped but my dad would play this game so much. he was a casual gamer so this was the only game he really spent time on. i pretty much grew up just watching gameplay of this and even seeing this is nostalgic. they for sure need a remaster

32 players,4 player splitscreen (groundbreaking especially for its scale and kind),popularized communication in online shooters,perfect balance,immersive and expansive level design and smooth and tight gameplay This game remade would sell like hot cakes

I hate that Splinter Cell and MGS both went the same way of becoming action games and forgetting what they were. It's why I'm not excited about Kojima making another stealth game. He hasn't made a great game since 2004

10:20 exactly what im saying all the time.For some reason people think it is bad to replay a mission when you get csught.I don't know why would stealth games be much different from other genres.

If Bloober had pulled changes out of their ass I'd be more concerned but they made them with the blessing of iconic Team Silent members and TS concept designs from 20 years ago. I don't hate or love Angela's new design but the fact she looks and sounds 19 now....oof. Her scenes are probably going to land so much harder...

I agree Angela looks off in the graveyard scene, but the shot of her with the black background looks great. Is it an inconsistent model or something?

Now, as much I remember, Angela was a waitress, so the Diner will be the best place to represent her nightmare manifestation

Now I totally get why she's covering up her body to the point where she looks unflattering, but the eyebrow thing & the way she says her lines has many fans concerned

I don’t actually think the gameplay looks bad at all. Very Resident Evil/Dead Space in my books. Another great third person horror game on the way.

My favorite war story was running the flag on foot, twice for the win. Most ppl don't know but you do not shoe up on map when on foot with flag, only in vehicles. I remember running and hiding for 10 minutes straight dodging the enemy, the entire time one of my team mates not realizing I was stealth, kept driving to me screaming "GET IN THE JEEP! GET IN THE FACKING JEEP!" After I dropped in the last flag for the win, I sat on the hood of his jeep dancing as he and his friend wondered wtf I did lol.

The pistol DOES NOT suck! It can shoot quicker than machine gun if your fast on the trigger, has great accuracy at close or even mid range when crounched, and hits like a hammer at point blank. Many a time in cqc I would drain two whole pistol clips before an enemy could fire half of machine gun. When aimed right, close to enemy, it will down a full health bar with 5 rounds. The only thing faster is the knife, one shot kill, but technically the pistol was OP cqc weapon.

It happened to arcade style games first. Then rpgs Then platformers Extreme sports/racing Then true fps games Steath game And now true action games Every major genre is dying so that free to play games/3rd person action adventure games/open world games are all that come out of the aaa industry.

3:38:32 Man this little rose tinted montage of all the excitement really hit me. We were all so damn excited for this game in the end it wasn't what we wanted but the build up, hype and real enjoyment was all worth it to me in hindsight but now Konami is back and we're getting that MGS3 remake we've been dreaming about since 2015. I forgot we had these discussions back then, really took me back, glad I got a better microphone holy hell. That Metal Gear 1 opener is now closer to being possible today than when I predicted it 9 years ago... I'm afraid it's been NINE years........

I remember playing this game everyday with friends. Took me 8 months to get to general after getting reset for joining a lobby that had the 50 point ribbon exploit. As a kid i didn’t care that I got reset cause I was only a marshal rank. Just continued playing for 8 months straight till I became a general. Thanks for making this video 👍

Good video brought back so many memories. Was sad to see it go I spent so much money buying new controllers that I kept breaking from flying over 50 controler that it kept me from getting a PS4 for many years. Someone was saying they used to have nightmares about cluster bombs I used to have them about landmines I would hear the beeping in my dreams and it would literally wake me up worked so well I thought it would be cool to have an alarm clock of a landmine beeping 😂[4CE] nitto420s ✌️

I still play the game today. I recall a time when (this was 3 years ago) I was on Archipelago CTF. It was close to the end of the match. I was on the Eucadian side. Respawned at zone three right by my base. Our team had the enemy’s flag. The flag carrier was in a jeep on the bridge leading to the base. Then he got airstriked. One of our teammates was nearby and grabbed the flag. Knowing he wasn’t going to make it on his own, I jumped into a jeep without hesitation, drove over to him, and brought my teammate back to base to win the match. I even got the Taxi Driver Trophy
