40:08 actually you've got that wrong. Fat, and a lot of it, is actually HEALTHY for you. Good kinds of fat, like animal fat, butter, olive oil, avocados, eggs, etc. NOT canola or vegetable oils, etc. Don't listen to the low fat diet people, they're EXTREMELY wrong and very unhealthy. You need a better understanding of animal fats. ;)

These were originally developed in France for military communications so the messages had to be short and to the point and immediately understood as no one transmitting the message had any idea what was being said and along the way could become "garbled" therefore and for any number of reasons (bad weather for example or of course "normative rain.") This was all quickly replaced by the Telegraph but this was as a commercial form of communication in order to run the entire US Railroad System. This system had interesting implications for European Railroad systems tho which is still true today.

On a DNA test Norfolk (my home county), the Isle of Wight, Brownsea Island and Ynys Wair (Lundy) all come joint top making about 50% of my recent ancestry. I'm in the process of trying to find out exactly who I'm related too.

An imaginative project this place needs to be lived in.

I like the decision to re-use the later steel roof trusses & corrugated sheeting. They are also part of the history. I have vintage bicycles & I use the same philosophy when "restoring" them.

I so wish that here in America, architects and preservationists had taken this approach instead of destroying gilded age structures such as Millionaire's row in New York City instead of demolishing such irreplaceable and resplendent interiors of mogul's homes such as the Vanderbilts. Just spent a weekend staying in this lovely building. All the time and effort put into conserving and restoring the original features has been worth it. The result is a warm, calm and welcoming p!ace to stay. Reading the patient's register brings to life the benefit this hospital brought to the community and also beyond in two world wars. I can't wait to return in summer and spend days and evenings lounging on the veranda watching the birdlife or the night sky that this rural part of Devon can show at its best.

I wish restoration is a thing in my country.
