This is a solo based around a two bar phrase that utilizes three snare drums. It eventually goes to some other landscapes but comes back to the main theme eventually. I did a live stream documentary on Stewart Copeland for Drumeo back in 2021 and I began the show with this improvised solo. It’s sort of based on the vibe of “Tea in the Sahara.” I’m also using the same drum Stewart used from 1980 to 1984 which is a mid 1970s Pearl-chrome over brass with the vent hole below the center band/stripes, die cast top hoop, bottom triple flanged.

”All Summer Long” playing along with a performance I did with Brian Wilson and the band back in March of 1999. This show back then was recorded and filmed for a TV show that never materialized and I ended up with an audio copy, so I thought I'd play along with it including the original drum take.

This track is originally on "Under the Surface" by Taylor Mills (my wife, who sang in Brian Wilson's band for over a decade.)
