KONE MonoSpace Elevator - Fourteen Roses Legian Hotel, Badung, ID
Droved past this hotel several times before but didn't even know there was an elevator in here until my local TKE guy told me (as he had worked at KONE in Bali before), so here it is. This is the only elevator in the hotel, and was newly added in 2018. Sadly the inside floor indicator was busted (broken) but the rest was fine.

Schindler 3300 Elevators - Torres La Palma, Santa Cruz de La Palma, ES
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 390PĆed 2 hodinami
Probably the tallest Schindler 3300 I've filmed so far. And they come with touch sensitive FI GL fixtures which are relatively uncommon in Europe, so this is worth the take. Not much different with our Asia Pacific 3300 variant other than the different LOP position (they're on the door frame rather than on the wall). đ *Quick elevator review* âïž *Pros:* âą Quite fast elevators âą Use touch sensit...
Thyssen Elevator - Rua dos Aranhas 35, Funchal, PT

Love that bell chime, very satisfying! Sadly all the buttons have been replaced into crappy DMG BLX series but it's the bell chime that I like about this elevator, so it's worth the film. Most other similar Spanish Thyssen elevators would normally have a very short bell sound (like "tick") but this one sounds very long and satisfying; quite rare to find something like this. The floor indicator ...
Ameco (KONE) Traction Elevator - SentrumsgÄrden, Narvik, NO
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 337PĆed 7 hodinami
Just across from that unidentified elevator there is a single Ameco branded KONE "Novel Elements" elevator from 1996, presumably an additional elevator to the building. You can only see it on the basement, 5th and 6th floor as it only stops at those three floors whilst bypassing the other floors. There's a chance that this might be a service elevator, but if so why does it only serves three flo...
Very Nice DEVE Hydraulic Elevator - Vestregata 27-31, TromsĂž, NO

An awesome DEVE elevator imported from Sweden, and still in excellent shape! This is my first time being on a DEVE elevator with a floor indicator inside which works almost well. Like nearly all DEVE elevators in Norway, it carries the "Reber Schindler" name on the button panels even though this is a DEVE elevator and not a Schindler. There's even a Reber Schindler capacity plaque inside which ...
Unknown (Mod) Traction Elevator - Horizon View Beach Hotel, Philipsburg, SX
zhlĂ©dnutĂ 462PĆed 12 hodinami
Found this strange looking old elevator in a dated hotel with a sketchy looking tiny shopping arcade on the ground floor. The elevator is behind a locked door where one must dial the reception (since it's on the 1st floor), but luckily it was open when I went there. From my observation, this appears to be an old European generic elevator which I don't know what brand it is. At first I thought t...

Finally, the last pair of escalators I've filmed in the entire Mal Bali Galeria even though these are technically located in the T Galleria duty free shop. These are the same like the ones in the mall exce...
EFACEC (Reb. OTIS) Traction Elevator - Rua das Pretas 4, Funchal, PT

An almost completely original EFACEC elevator from probably the 1970s. Sadly the COP inside been replaced by OTIS with their Elegance panel from Italy but fortunately the exterior LOPs are still original, allowing one to see the original manufacturer of this elevator. The slightly abrupt stopping indicates that the controller is still original; OTIS basically just did a small upgrade by replaci...

Not sure what it was originally. It got slightly upgraded by OTIS with new fixtures both in and out plus an inner door. The 4th floor button was either broken or missing so I didn't go to that floor. Notice how the floor indicator has the old OTIS "globe" logo which is quite interesting. Speaking of fixtures, they are known as OTIS Elegance, a fixtures lineup imported from Italy that was used f...

Some rather interesting elevators in an old apartment building in downtown. One of the tower's front door was open so I was able to get in and filmed these elevators. The whole place looks very dated and hasn't changed much since probably the 1970s! Another ThyssenKrupp mod, though this time they left one trace of the original brand. As one can see the old operating instruction sign, this elevator was originally made by Cenia Pingon (who got acquired by ThyssenKrupp in the mid 2000s) and installed in 1984. And exactly 30 years later its successor, ThyssenKrupp, came in to modernize it with new CMC4 controller and other electrical component...

Wow! Really interesting lifts! They do look flimsy, but I appreciate they didn't replace the touch sensitive fixtures.
Do these touch buttons common in Spain? So far I have only found three Schindlers with touch buttons; two with FIGL here in La Palma and one with M-Series in Gran Canaria.
I don't quite know. I have seen some videos of lifts like this in Spain (even one with kepday floor selection with touch buttons). I know about various Schinlder M-Series lifts with touch sensitive buttons, but they have all been modernized or had their buttons replaced (ECI Campo de las Naciones). There are some older Schindler lifts with touch sensitive buttons still in operation in Madrid and I have also seen Thyssen ones with them (ECI ColĂłn Ed.1 Valencia) A shame that touch sensitive buttons are no longer installed (at least here)

the elevator needs to be modenized
Quite tall Schindler 3300s with 17 floors! They were installed probably in the late 2000s or early 2010s.
There's even a taller one in my country (Indonesia) that serves almost 27 floors!
I honeslty i think this is way to cheap for this many floors, 5400 would be honestly better
Guess the owners either didn't have enough budget or wanted to save more money so the 3300 was the most affordable option that they could install.
I like SPH and PH Floor
I like Tke /thysenkrupp
What is UT AE D-K and NT mean
UT is the exit floor ("utgang"), while the remaining floors are designated parking floors.
I think it got modded from the old one and it got modernized to a Spanish TKE , however they replaced the fixtures to DMG fixtures , itâs cheap but itâs my favorite in my opinion , and they replace indcator to the new Spanish TKE , and I think still has the original logic , and I never heard that bell in the Spanish TKE
IS THIS ONE FOR EMERANGECY LIGHT
Yes it is.

Awesome one!
The reason why there are only three tall structures in Bali is because of the height restrictions.
True, because the local governments wanted to preserve the island's charm and characters by banning building buildings that are "taller than a coconut tree" or approximately five to six storey. This has been on effect since the early 1970s. They basically didn't want Bali to become like Miami or major other resort destinations with high rise buildings and skyscrapers. Both the GWK statue and Bali Beach Hotel were given an exception; the latter was built in the 1960s before the regulation was passed in the 1970s. Hilton Bali (formerly Grand Nikko Bali), on the other hand, has 15 storey but was built "downward" from the top of a limestone cliff down to the beach. A clever idea of utilizing the regulation's loophole. The same technique was also adopted by the nearby Apurva Kempinski Resort.

Very nice elevator đ
those elevators still exist, but theirs sounds from opening and closing and elevator coming is getting softer
Both of them are gone in 2015 now :(
Both were replaced in mid 2023 aka just last year. They still existed in 2015.
@@idl3k_elev oh yea right. i just typo. well poor lifts. those elevators are the best. they could make new lifts but preserve the lifts coming thing. like the screen saying where is the lift. idk how to say.
Yeah I wish. Those old indicators are very unique and had not been seen anywhere else in Singapore other than in this place, they're probably custom made. Now what occupy on their spot are boring modern day LCD displays that lack of character. So boring!
Its getting new. What wha-
Somewhat unrelated but I kinda like how you can hear the motor running lol.
The motor sound here is pretty good.
Quite a posh installation for a S-Series!
Though the new lighting is a bit annoying because it shines right above the floor indicators, making them a little bit difficult to see due to the light's brightness.
R u back in indo?
Already last month. About to leave for work again next month.
Clunk kinda sounds like schindler 5400
Guessing this is one of those earlier 5000s where some previous-generation elements (ie 5500's doors) are still used here.
Haven't rode one yet but according to my local Berca Schindler guy the Schindler 5000 isn't much different from the 5500, so to be honest I'm not really too excited with it. Now I'm wondering how will the new Schindler 6000 be like when it finally made it to Indonesia. So far it has already been sold in Thailand.
now, access card is required
Sad, and I heard turnstiles have been installed in one of the towers. Is that true?
â@@idl3k_elev yes, but you can easily get the card at the visitor registration system
@@idl3k_elev turnstiles have been installed in all towers with PORT installed
So basically one can exchange their ID/passport for a visitor card at the reception desk should they wish to go up?
â@@idl3k_elev no, you just need to select the company at the visitor registration machine, enter your phone number, and a SMS with an access QR code will be sent. it's easy.
I guess 4 is considered unlucky in Indonesia
Other parts of Southeast Asia also does the same practice. It's called Tetraphobia.
why was their a bi directional call button on floor 3? And why is the extra button even wired?
I think this elevator was originally planned to serve the penthouse but changed near the last minute to just serve until the 3rd floor. That probably explains why it has a bi-directional call button on 3 and a blank button on the COP.
@@idl3k_elev so what was the point for the bi directional call button in the first place?
@@idl3k_elev and my guess was when you clicked that blank button it was flashing which is why it cancels other calls which means it might have served it but a key is required
I'm assuming the controller probably got confused a bit when I hit that blank button; it thought that there was another floor above 3 even thought that floor doesn't exist in the elevator. As for the LOP on the 3rd floor, either they probably forgot to replace the button with a down button or the panel was already made like that after production.
The elevator might have safety breaker and when it went to the nearest floor it went out of service when the door closed the elevator now will not respond to calls!
Really interesting and nice! I like how the older one has the chimes (they are disappearing in older ThyssenKrupp lifts in Madrid, at least)
Such a shame that it got modernized :(. Nice in depth look at it!
At least they didn't replace it into a Schindler 3000 MRL or even a cheap Raloe.
Really nice lift! Had never heard of this model before . Strange what it did on 1:36 and the blank button...
Not many people know about Schindler 6200 and if they ever found one they will usually think it's a 3300 due to some similarities with the 3300 (e.g. logic, doors, handrails, etc.). I know this one is a 6200 thanks to an old Schindler 6200 brochure I found on Wayback Machine and the fact that it uses FI MXB fixtures. Quite easy.
Why does this exist?
xi zi otis look like Mitsubishi
