No hate for Sigewinne. She’s best at taking revenge on hydro abyss mages :) She is very cute but her role is quite confusing (at least to me). Is she a healer? A sub dps? Someone to give hydro for reactions? I wouldn’t know what to do with her. In the test runs and story she does little bit of everything. I’m skipping because I couldn’t think any character I would swap from my teams for Sigewinne.

bro if u hav kokomi then spending ur primo for furina cons is always superior to any sigewine or similar healer that is going to nerf kokomi. and even if u dont hav kokomi still furina cons r better than any sigewines. im sry i just dont like this new qiqi skin lol..

Meh, I like her, wished for her and am using her in teams and am having a good time using her. Could I be using another unit to optimize my game play? Yes. Will I no… did hoyo just take all my money… also yes 🤣😂

Why isnt Kokomi great as a hyperbloom driver?🤨

She's not bad as a sub dps. Give her an emblem crit build and Aqua (practically Yelan build) and she's done. MH set works too. Her Burst drops 40 to 50k per tick on C0 (around 30k without Furina). 50k raw hydro with AOE and range like Neuvillette wihile overhealing Furinas buff. The Sigwinne / Furina core is very solid. She works for teams with longer rotations. Use Sigs burst before the rotation resets and your'e golden! She is best with Furina, but not stricktly tied to her. I use an Itto team with her, for expample. Sig + Itto + Chiori + Gorou. Sig buffs Chiroi, creates Crystal Shards for Geo Resonance, and drops strong blasts inbetween rotations. Everyone just looks at her buff passive, but god damn she's a fun sub dps. Not meta, but not bad either. Edit: Forgot tomention - the low hydro app does not interfere with quicke, spread and burning reactions, making her more flexible for those teams. Can't wait for Emilie!

It's because of how you optimize her kit by having additional secs of field time. For healers, I prefer them to be like Baizhu where I just burst and skill and he's done.

People said Kokomi was awful when she debuted, too. Sukokomon was a team that was invented explicitly to find a use for her because nobody could figure out what to do with her initially. The degree to which Kokomi was underwhelming fed into the anger of the 1st anniversary absurdity. And then we fast forward six months, and Kokomi was found to be surprisingly useful and one of the most versatile characters in the game.

Sigewinne works as a furina partner. She's not THAT bad but she can perform The alternatives like XY, Jean and Kokomi are better in most cases but she sigewinne can work

I feel as if the complaints (At least for me) are mostly due to missed potential. Sigewinne COULD have had a very interesting kit, especially if they leaned in on her skill buffing, for example. She's just a very uninteresting character, and she doesn't have power to go for her either.

Sigewinne is not a great character she is ok. In my account, she's a sidegrade to Kokomi. These are the reasons I pulled for Sigewinne: 1. I love everything about her design and how much fun she is. 2. The Genshin community hates her guts. 3. I hate the Genshin Community with a passion. 4. In order to spite them, I pulled for a character they HATE with primos I had laying around since Navia's banner. 5. I will enjoy this character in all ways, as much as I possibly can to further spite the community, to the point that Sigewinne will be making bubbles with their tears. 6. Your hate nourishes us.

i think kokomi is overrated. she was top tier before fontaine. but after furina, neuvilette, charlotte, xiangling and sigewin. she is just good at the same time, sigewin is underrated, she is not worser as mika, charlotte or yaoyao but she isnt good. and being as good as 4 star healers is dissapointing.

Sigewinne's poor Hydro app is both good & bad: Less Hydro means that your Pyro DPS can't vape, but it also opens up the opportunity for Furina to vape instead.

Do you think you are changing any mind here? Sigewinne is, in this day and age, trash. If you think there is some Hoyo 5-D chess "masterplan" for Sigewinne, just remember they emergency buffed her Charge Attack(??!!) just before her banner. Looks like clueless to me...

I'm skipping Sigewinne exactly because I have Kokomi, also because I don't like archers gameplay and Barbs exists, I use Barbs to replace Kokomi when I don't need to much healing, there is no need for another Hydro healer, I wish Sigewinne was cryo healer or anemo.

You can use Kokomi in many more teams where she may not be best in slot but is a comfy and well working units because she has good hydro application. Even in overworld she offers that while also giving rarely needed healing. Power aside her versatility is amazing. And then she still has top tier teams you can use in abyss. Siegewinne on the other hand is tied by leg to Furina to be good. She can be used without her but so can be Qiqi and we all know how everyone likes her. Also her design is Dehya tier in how disappointing it is. She could easly be made into skill buffer and/or unit enabling BoL/buffing units that use it. They choose not to do that the exact same way they choose to make Dehya have interesting kit that works nowhere well enough. But yeah, Siegewinne at least has use, soooo great. Wouldn't call her trash but never would call her good unit. I'm so disappointed. I wanted her to be fun and good and they pulled Dehya on me. And I learned my lesson. I'm not wasting wishes and resources on character I will rarely use no matter how much I like them or find them cute.

Sigewinne has been a FANTASTIC overworld character and that's what I think she is. She is a comfortable, easy to build, more casual character and there's nothing wrong with that. Most people don't do the abyss. We spend most of the game in the overworld and I think she's really nice for that.

Kokomi has even more good teams. Kokomi electro-charged team and Kokomi hyperbloom driver team. These are all meta teams. I cleared this "hardest ever" abyss with Kokomi/Furina/Fischl/Kazuha and it was breeze.

Personally I think that this shows Hoyo should consider a wider balance nerf/buff pass on all characters

Jello man, I like your takes normally but you almost always really ignore the on-fielding part of Kokomi's kit. Kokomi on-field does three things: lots of hydro app (she has NA, CA, Jellyfish), healing/tanking, subdps. Now, most people may not play that part of her kit but that doesn't mean its ignorable for a more objective analysis. Although Kokomi has three 'meta' teams, she has a lot more 'good' teams. Talking about the on-field ones, Kokomi thrives in any kind of bloom reaction-based team, she can cover all the hydro app by herself(CA should be used often in these teams). Kokomi/Nahida is a good bloom core for such teams, those will clear through abyss chambers fairly easily and have a high floor. There is only one kind of team where Sigewinne competes with Kokomi- the Kokomi/Furina teams where Kokomi onfields. Its not fair to say Kokomi should be bad if Sigewinne is considered bad, because you are hyperfixating on mono hydro and a niche section of her team archetypes, and off-field Kokomi to make that statement.

Sigewinne has 1 team that's good but that team doesn't need her, you can place any team wide healer and that would be great, it's one of the most strong cores in the game and in her other teams she is a downgrade most of the time over better units.

Anyone knows if she's good in vape with furina? Both of them have low hydro application so together they should be enough. I want c6 gaming and I'm thinking about pulling sigewinne banner because I don't have Kokomi anyway. She's a healer so she automatically has value even tho she's not a must pull. And she's the cutest character in the game

I don't have koko so I really like her because I can now properly use furina without jean/zhong and the sutch (Also I got her in 20 random pulls after Clorinde drained my account so it was a nice surprise)

The way everyone forgot about Barbara. She gives a full party heal from her burst, which works perfectly with Furina. On top of that, her skill also heals, and if you’re standing close to the enemy (which most DPS’ will do anyway), then you get solid hydro application. Still, if both her E and Q aren’t enough, you can spam her normal attacks for more hydro. Sigewinne doesn’t have many good F2P weapons. Fav theoretically and that 3 star with an awful passive. Barbara on the other hand can use either Prototype Amber for more healing, or TTDS for attack buff. Also, Sigewinne buffs E skill with her passive. Well, with one of her constellation (which most have at this point in the game), Barbara gives hydro dmg bonus, so Furina will benefit from that too. Literally the only thing Sigewinne has which Barbara doesn’t is that 2.5 second DPS window, which no one uses anyway. So what i wanted to say is: Barbara on top, don’t waste pulls on Sigewinne, thank you.

You didn't really sell us on Sigewinne since most of the time you spent telling us how Kokomi isn't all that and then you ended by listing other characters who are better than both, so not a strong argument for the humanoid melusine. I don't believe she's the worst character either, but sticking with the "if you don't have (blank), they're a good pull for your account" is probably all that's needed. Kokomi is more popular because she supplies a level of comfort due to her decent hydro application, strong healing and flexibility. As you know, players will often pick comfort over efficiency.

Future Natlan meta is going to be continuous massive healing due to Pyro burning + source water droplet to extinguish fires and shit and Sigewinne is going to be a meta character people will regret not having pulled on. /copium

Kokomi's hydro application is much more reliable and Kokomi's Hydro application has much better AoE. The interruption resistance for the monohydro team also makes her much better than Sigewinne's version and her damage is still reliably higher than Sigewinne... Doing more elemental skill casts on Yelan imo does not justify Sigewinne's place in the team. The ER requirements in a MonoHydro team are already quite low due to the abundance of particles within the team, so it's not even much of a problem

In terms of versatility, kokomi is a-tier.

Sigewinne needing Furina is not an argument for me. A lot of units are considered to be needing her and no one calls them bad, mid or trash. In addition, "Furina doesn't need Sigewinne" is still not an argument because Furina doesn't need any character specifically. All she needs is a healer. Saying that Sigewinne is bad just because she can't perform like Kokomi in bloom teams is too much

I think the most annoying aspect is that they touch on her niche but dont fulfill it, she isnt a good dps/healer hybrid cause of conflicting scalings and bad numbers, she isnt good buffer cause its only 8 ticks and it forces characters who want to make use of the buff to be off field and hitting the max buff requires INSANE amounts of HP% so it just overall isnt worth enough to enable new potential teams (imagine if it worked like shenhe where each character lets say had 10 instances of elemental skill buff, it opens up team building where you might want to put as many elemental skill focused damage dealers which we do have a lot, Albedo, furina, Yae, Chiori, Dehya, Nahida, Fischl just to name some). She feels like shenhe but ONLY for furina which just sucks, Im fine with specialized buffer 5 star units but they need to support and buff an archetype like shenhe or nilou not a single unit which is already so strong and can work with so many other healers that inclusion of sige is only a minor buff.

Honestly, this is a pretty awkward time to compare Sigewinne to Kokomi considering that the current abyss phase has such a strict hydro check. You do you, I guess.

I completely disagree on "if you think Kokomi is good/bad you have to say the same about Sigewinne" Kokomi's is comparable or better in a majority of the teams she plays in compared to Sigewinne. Mono Hydro is the only team where Sigewinne out performs her and even then its not by enough to ever justify pulling Sigewinne. The other big thing to understand is that Kokomi applies a ton of Hydro with her jellyfish. Sigewinne barely gets to even consider her part of the element because her Hydro application is so bad. This isn't really noticeable in Mono Hydro because you have 2-3 other characters applying Hydro and the team doesn't really care about any reactions. But in solo Hydro and reaction situations Sigewinne falls completely behind. Kokomi can sustain a team completely on her own and applies Hydro consistently enough to be able to enable all sorts of reactions.

My biggest issue with Siegwinne has to do with her charged shot and normal attack. Imagine the designer putting in all that effort to such cute animations (pill throwing and heart bubbles that flood the area with even more hearts) but no one is going to use that...

Great informative video. I had doubts about Sigewinne potential, and she met those expectations. It still stings to hear my boy Itto got stagnate across the board, with the only indirect buff being a Geo off-fielder 😂

My biggest pet peeve is that most ccs aren't even esting sigewinne how she's meant to be played and just disregarding her. It's like people testing dehya as a carry and saying shes trash in that regard when clearly they play a different role.
