I got pitboss 3series electric smoker 30inch use small wood chips I never had any smoker before I try smoke baby back ribs yesterday it was too dry and wasn't done my temperature is lower and higher and medium temperature what do you think I can do first can I'll do baby back ribs cut them size party size babe back ribs
Congrats on getting a smoker! Once you get it down it will be addicting. What temps did you have the smoker set to? How long did you leave them on for? When I first started smoking I had the same results the first time. A water pan is good to have so they do not get dried out as well, or spritzing them will help too. There are many different ways to smoke ribs. As for the party ribs, yes you can do them in that smoker as well. Remember, party ribs will smoke faster than regular ribs. I will try to do more videos on party ribs in different smokers and see how they turn out. I dont own an electric smoker, but my Dad does, I may borrow that and test out how to do them and post a video on that as well. Hope this helps some. Dont get discouraged at all, I am still figuring a lot of it out myself, but its fun learning.
I have it on lower temperature and I have it on 4hours
Yes but I'm all new with the smoker

Look so delicious
It was!
Oh yum 😊
Why is the ribs not together? Do you cut them?
Yes. Cut them all first then season and throw them into the smoker. They are called “party ribs”. They taste pretty dang good!!
Leg quarters are awesome on my webber . Sometimes i get them going, flip them once, let the fire go out while we are at church. Get home and put them in the oven for an hour or so
Those look PERFECT!
🎉❤HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY 🎉❤
Thank you! We had a great day!
Bros little work lunch is more meat than I could even buy at my local butcher 😂
We like to do this once a week if we can if its slower. Some days there is just no time.
My dad used to fit whole packs of chicken quarters on a baby Weber and knew exactly how to cover the whole grill perfectly after the coals were exactly right. Sounds simple but he was scientific with the whole process. Made his own bbq sauce too that I used to sneak in the fridge eat a couple spoon fulls of. So crispy but moist and just perfect. R.I.P. and man I wish he would have written down some of the things he used to do. The grits and red eye gravy with hard boiled eggs and sausage link chunks bruh!!!, I miss him so much.
I am still getting it down, its like playing Tetris sometimes fitting things on the grates.
Man y’all going straight to sleep 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Sorry it took so long to reply, I just woke up. It was really good.
Looks delish🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you, it was good for sure!
Happy Friday to you too, man

Cross contaminating! Would never eat at this guys house.
Chicken went from the smoker to a clean tray then cut. No cross contaminating at all.
