I don't record with an interface or have a lot of pedals so there's not much I could have done to edit the tonality plus I thought he uses a clean tone for this song

I didn't even know it had words until I Googled it. The lyrics are in Russian but it gives you the option to translate it in English.

Wastebuds is just getting out of hiatus but we're basically moving our rehearsal to a different time and we're currently looking for a singer!

@@musiciangal02453 Did they not have a bassist before you? I looked at the Instagram and that’s what it looks like; a lot of punk bands are a three piece, so maybe one of you could do vocals. How’s Flynn’s band Wicked Sickle doing by the way? I haven’t heard from him in a while and I don’t think his step-mother wants us to be friends anymore because of different vaccination statuses; I think she called my work and that’s the real reason I lost my job, but his dad’s chill when I gave him the kit back and bought my own.

@@michaelgrahamwongacutemadness I'm not really sure. Ever since Iron Brezhnev disbanded I haven't heard much from any of those guys. Not even Jake! And I was Wastebuds' second bassist. The original left to pursue a solo project and I replaced him.

Thank you! I played with my mini Boss amp I could also plug the device I'm playing the song from. I just lowered the bass volume to about 4:00, had the mid down, and treble up to 3:00 :)

My other local music friends just got screwed since all the restaurants and bars in Massachusetts are all closed for COVID-19. Yesterday, we were also put on lockdown for 2 weeks so I won't be able to see my boyfriend this weekend or next weekend. He was supposed to have his Guitar Center recital on Sunday with me accompanying him on bass for this song, but that got canceled so we decided to make it a guitar and bass cover on CZcams.

You can if you practice! Get into a fun bass groove and be sure to use a metronome with the timing at first in order to play solidly.
