Look up sodium hypochlorite to kill the algae then soft wash. That much pressure can remove any oxidation on the house and give you lines and strips when it drys. High pressure can also damage siding. Good luck.

Sept and Oct are the best times for camping, less crowd, cooler temps , less bugs etc. that chicken would of been great cooking over the wood fire with some bbq

Nice pressure washer...and you can leave it out ready to use4 it all summer...and just pull it off and take it into your house for the winter.

I had a wall mounted unit from Canadian Tire about twenty years ago, it was great, then one weekend the garage heater went out and the unit froze and split the metal internal parts, so never leave out in the cold.
