Alright, now we have all the options created and a fade out from black transition. Furthermore, I've fixed some bugs in the box and canyon areas. I'm working really hard to finish this game as soon as possible :)

yes, I know it's strange to see sr pelo throwing missiles and apples. We are so close to finishing this small project (my first videogame without game engine :O), but I still have to decorate the main menu and optimize some stuff (among others...). more animationssss

hey! As you can see in this video, I improved the jump! Now you can control the intensity of jumping by pressing the jump button more or less (like in the original "I Wanna Be the Guy"). The second thing I improved in this game is the hitboxes. Now, when you die by falling on a spike, your death animation runs in the correct position (this happens because I upgraded the player hitboxes for bett...

What's up! Here we have it. I improved this system a lot. I think it can be further improved by adding more branching in the player dialogue, and I will implement that, but for now, it is fine. The next step is to create new levels, more types of enemies like ninjas or something similar, and more traps (with a funny style and references). Finally, the last step will be to create a boss. yep, i know it's not perfect at all because when you go into another section of the map, the checkpoints don't disapear (but this is easy to solve, no problem for the moment ;)). The real question here is (of course): Why don't you simply move the camera?? oh well, remember that I'm not using a game engine, the concept of "camera" doesn't exist. I'm redrawing the map on the when the player goes...

hey, i just created the game over screen and a death animation that I think is pretty cool (i know it's bad BUT that's the joke). My plan is to implement bigger levels and npcs, all in the style of iwbtg!! (thanks for reading and watching).
