If you use the chiaroscuro and quick sketch methods you can get these done a lot faster and with expressiveness.

That pink magenta is gorgeous but is it actually lightfast? I love fluoro colours but when I do use them in my art I always underpaint with the nearest regular colour or at least compose the picture in such a way that if the "fugitive" colour does a runner, the picture still looks okay!

I bought a painting last year and the artist put felt on the back and i loved that! Never seen anyone else use felt. The paper like you do is more common and i love that look too

Pro tip: Before applying paper, spray paper with water! After drying, the paper will be nicely straight and flat. Thanks me later 😊

Muddy colors have their place. I personally use it to my advantage.

I’ve been drawing for 3+ years now and I practically might aswell be on the first day starting. The only difference between my sucky art is lineart, some thinner and some smaller. I trace art to see how I do and it just looks disgusting.

What glue/adhesive do you use to glue/afix paper to frame? I used rubber cement on last one not so good maybe? But is there a clean easier way? What about Elmer glue sticks should they work ? Thanks
