I am the original owner of a 2000 RKC as well. 24K miles. Dealership service. I do all fluid changes. Bike is like new. I am very proud of the bike!

98bhp 72lbs of torque at 3,500 rpm standard from factory. 211 kg dry weight 140mph std. I had a blue one 1997 unfaired. Went like a missile. Huge torque low down & loads of leg room. A fab bike even by todays standards. Value $3,200 for a fairly good one with 35,000km on clock.

I got exact same ride its my everyday 342000 and still runs perfect

Had one many years ago, it was chopped and molded for big back tire, amazing bike except for the Lucas electrics that gave me fits untill I sorted it out. But awesome nonetheless. Super cool and lots of fun

Flush adapter is in backwards. And the flush kings have a check valve that attaches to them for sanitary purpose of using fresh hose I think

I'm seriously looking at the same model bike that's in great shape, has a windshield on it. It's so reminiscent of my first bike with those 4 exhaust pipes that really make them look stellar! My first was a black '82 Honda CB650SC Nighthawk.

I know this is an old post but if anyone can tell me where I can get that taller windshield? I have exactly the same bike here in Sydney Australia and id love to fit the taller screen. Thanks Shorne

Striking paint scheme, love the '85-86 Shadow VT1100's I just finally got one for a killer cool $2,000 higher mileage but it fores up immediately even cold without the choke and runs perfectly.

I usually ride a Honda NC750X and a Ducati Monster 695. But I have a 1996 Virago 535 for rides on sunny sundays. But your Virago is in an excellent condition, much better than mine. Nevertheless it's a really awesome bike. Thanks for showing us your damn good looking bike!

That instrument cluster is from a 750…, not a 900… Also, rims are 81 at best, not 82😉
