Do you realize that he is just ignoring the "reasoning" that is being requested when he misrepresents the frame of the conversation as needing to "come to neutral ground" when what is being requested is a "good reason" to believe what you are saying is "justifiably true"...??? What he is basically saying here is: Because I can not accept/see/understand that anything other than my current belief is possible, then I wont consider reaasons I may be wrong, or provide reasons to trust that I am right... I can appreciate that you may have a different "method" to convince people that what you believe is "true"...and not just ..."possible". Can we agree that if someone is not providing a "good reason" to believe their worldview is more than just "possible" , but instead qualifies as "justifiably true"...IF that is the case, and they have no "good reason" to believe, then it would be foolish to think they knew what they were talking about was actually "TRUE"? God is love. God does not hate. God does not take his wrath out on his own son. However, Jesus is that vicarious satisfaction which atones for our sins. Jesus paid a debt he didn’t owe because we had a debt we could not pay. This is why we continue to offer God the Once and For All Sacrifice of his Son, Our Savior Jesus Christ. This fulfills Malachi’s prophecy in the Old Testament and unites us with Christ’s sacrifice today.

Blood is not needed. God forgives sin by prayer until the messiah comes. Then the messiah will bring blood sacrifice to the rebuilt temple for his own sins.

Problem is: 1) the letter J wasn't invented until recently. So 'Jesus' was NOT the fellas name. 2) If what you're saying is true, that God begets children and then tortures them to death, although they are sinless....
