My Honest Thoughts - Jedi: Survivor Impressions
I really enjoyed Fallen Order when it released back in 2019 however my experience was hindered by a lot of technical hiccups.
Unfortunately in 2023 with its sequel I am having a similar experience. While I feel the game improves on just about everything Fallen Order did previously, I have seen a wide range of frame drops, screen tearing among other bugs.
Should we hold developers more accountable to releasing their products with more polish or should we have more patience and not jump in on day 1 as consumers?
One thing I am certain on, is that if I waited and didnt jump in on Day 1 the game would most likely be more affordable and the developers would have had more time to iron out the games performance issues.

hollow knight was a game I didn't like how it looked , I was only in to first-person shooters but when my friend recommended it to me wow! that was an experience I could not forget . thanks to my buddy I had learned "a grate game come in every genre of gaming " :]
Theres so many genres to explore so many wonderful experiences out there. Hollow Knight is just one of countless games that I think about often!

agree , true it is easy to make a Remastered or a Remakes but it will bring a game back to life and shared experience is fun to see , like a father seeing his son enjoying the same game that he once held as a kid (sorry my english is bad ) and (thank you for making the video)

One game I would like to forget is definitely bioshock
100% I was late to the party on Bioshock, I tried it several times but I finished it for the first time a few years ago. It was incredible, absolutely a game I wish I could experience again for the first time. 2 and Infinite were fantastic too, I cant wait for Judas from Ken Levine!

I just completed RDR2 100%. It was a 2 year run I've been working on, on and off mostly in the winter. I played the most with the game at Shady Belle, not advancing to Guarma, and doing and seeing as much as I could. The last thing I did today was catch the last 3 Legendary Fish. (I was waiting to finish the damn Exotics mission before finishing the fish, cause I actually like to fish. So I slaughtered every gator and bird I saw in the swamp today, completing that one finally.) Seeing the guy get suck in by the cat, looting his hat and saddlebags, and then teleporting to Arthur's grave was hilarious and sad. I'm about to start a 0 honor playthrough. It's time to butcher anything and everything. And greet Micah fondly each morning after I antagonize the camp. Other games I wish I could play again for the first time are: Firewatch, Far Cry 5, and New Vegas. I have a type lol.
Haha 100% run in RDR2 is no small feat, congrats! Did you play RDR2 First Person? Far Cry, Firewatch and New Vegas are excellent choices! Fallout holds a special place in my heart!
@@dylishgames 3rd person mostly. I hate the FOV settings in FPV. I've looked into mods for FOV settings and might get one of those. I started my new game. I'm at horseshoe overlook, and have been robbing everyone I've met. Low honor Arthur is horrible, but fun gameplay. I'm trying to get the legend of the east satchel before going any further and just need to get a perfect panther pelt and it's mine. So far I've paid more than $1000 in bounties. Once I have the satchel, I'm going to stop pay them entirely, and ditch masks all together in my crimes lol.

I just finished the game! I generally knew what was coming, but I was shocked at just how... Atmospheric it was, especially in chapter 6. Like, I empathize with the characters, but never before have I truly felt the tension around camp, everyone sad, angry, and paranoid. And I felt the same! And all throughout I felt like someone dying who had given up on life and myself, until the mission with Rains Fall. Our conversation actually gave me new hope, even if things weren't going to end well, might as well make the most of it. It was absolutely astounding. Never before has a game completely made me feel like one of the characters. It was crazy! I definitely relate on wanting to forget. I wish I forgot the spoilers I saw and experienced it fully.
Amazing how much of an impact a game can have! 👏🏼 one of the best out there in terms of immersion and you’ve summed it up perfectly, you truly feel like one of the gang!

Very entertaining to watch; I love these videos, learning how people feel for the first time picking up a controller. As you perfectly put it’s just second nature to us gamers. I hope you enjoy it! I am just short of 100 hours into it and it’s amazing. Agnea is my favourite character! The soundtrack is incredible and they really added things that just make it so much better than the first one. I hope you enjoy your play through of it and that there is a third installment in the future!

I think they did well for fitting what they could into 9 episodes. I do wish they could have provided more though so we could have expanded more on Joel and Ellie’s relationship some more. I will say they did great job on being on point with most scenes. The giraffe scene is still my favorite.
Yeah I agree with you completely, could you imagine if they did a movie which was the original plan? Glad they will give Part 2 additional time with more than 1 season covering that story. Hopefully that will give Naughty Dog enough time to put out Factions and potentially the 3rd game in the series!
@@dylishgames Wait are you for real?? A movie?? Oh gosh, that would be another loss for video game lovers when put on another platform. Ugh so they give more additional time for Part 2, but not Part 1. I feel like they should have gave us the more subtle scenes I liked, such as Tommy sees Ellie talk about the zombies attacking her and Maria, and Joel asks if she is alright. I'm nervous to see how the third game will go because I loved the first one, but tolerated the second one. Not because of the storyline, but I wish they didn't make us spend too much time with Abby for most of the game.
Yeah the idea was originally a movie, we would have lost so much if that’s how it landed. Overall I’m happy with how season 1 turned out but we definitely need more time with Part 2. Abbey is a character than is very contentious, I personally liked her but I think it will throw viewers if we spend as much time with her in season 2. They will need to be careful but I can see them at least doing 2 seasons covering the 2nd game giving us enough time with each of the main characters.

I’d say the value for money is there but everyone is in a different position. It’s large with a lot to explore. It’s early days but I can see it sticking around as a game of the year contender.
