Japanese Pilots WWII
This is a small montage of pilots from the Imperial Japanese Army and Navy. I wanted to convey the similarities with other pilots and crewmen with our own. Long after the war had ended American and Japanese pilots came together toasted each other and visited each others familes. We know it is not the warfighters that start wars but the politics and fanatical heads of government in that moment in history. I hope this short video gives a glimps of our adversary in their moment of stillness for the camera and allows a look into the human that is in all of us.

F-8 fact, it had a single stage afterburner, unlike more modern staged AB. You would hear the engine run up to military, then BANG AB and they were gone.
My father was in VF-84
I have many photos the jolly Rogers/F-14 from their time on USS Nimitz 6:44 CVN-68. I was newly assigned as crew during the final two months of filming the Final Countdown. Goes without saying, but I will; very cool jet.
hello, please share photos regarding VF-84 Jolly Rogers I am from Poland, I have been interested in F-14 planes and aircraft carriers since I was a child. Please share this, it is the story of a time when America was great and undefeated. I believe that when the US Congress decided to withdraw the F-14 from service. They will begin the process in which the loss of a symbol of power began the process that is what we have in the world today.
It's a story, but I know a lot of the photos may be top secret. That's why I understand if you don't show them

What an incredible fleet of aircraft.
I like the way you try to catch every bit of detail of the aircraft. It also reminds me of my visits to airshows in a previous life. Visits to Ramstein and Mildenhall. Soesterberg aswell, ofcourse, in my home country.

Amazing video! Just watching those machines stay still on the ground is a fantastic experience. But thinking about what they are, who made them, and the work of all the engineers who contributed to them is even better. I hope you continue making these amazing videos. In 85 these were amazing top gun
I believe it was the A model that had the Pratt Whitney 110- bad engines. The B model was given the General Electric F110-400. These were more powerful and reliable. Those models did not use afterburners during carrier launches.
A model had P&W TF30's.
The A-B models were junk. Always broken. It wasn't till the "D" models now digital, better power plant did they work out some of the bugs. By that time, D.O.D. had enough. It was too late.

Nice presentation. 👍 The CHP fixed wing is a GA 8 AirVan. GippsAero GA8-TC320. There isn't too many 208s left in the fleet. And those CalFire Hawks. All brand new built in Poland. So very low time. I think N.Cal rec 12.
