As shown in the video, adjust the countdown timer details to your preference and then add it to the overlays backend. If you set a 2-minute countdown, you can tap on the overlay in the backend 2 minutes before your stream starts, and the countdown timer will appear on your live stream and begin counting down. When the countdown ends, tap the overlay in the backend again, and the countdown timer will be removed from your live stream. The method of adding overlays in Instream is exactly the same as in Mini, Pro and Ultra. Hi @birdfeedercams 😊 Pro supports Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and mobile data (SIM card) connections. The network selection order is based on the lowest latency first, so it picks the network with the lowest latency first, then the one with slightly higher latency, and so on. If latency-based network prioritization is challenging, it will use the preset network priority, which is Ethernet > Wi-Fi > SIM card. Hope this helps!

In different countries and regions, the Pro can use SIM cards from major mobile carriers that support 4G LTE networks. For example, in the United States, the Pro supports AT&T, T-Mobile, Mint Mobile, Red Pocket Mobile, and others. In Europe, it supports Vodafone, Orange, Telecom, etc. However, you will need to configure the Network APN. Please note, based on the experience of FB members, in some stores, if you directly ask for a SIM card that supports YoloBox, the staff may inform you that YoloBox is not supported because they are unfamiliar with it and may refuse to register the SIM card. Connect one end of the cable to your computer and the other end to the device’s HDMI In, Type-C, or external USB interface. This will allow you to add your computer screen to the device as a camera source. Additionally, you can stream to your computer by connecting a cable to the device’s HDMI Out port, or by using the USB-A port and enabling USB-Out in the settings. On YoloBox, both of these operations can be done simultaneously. Wireless Connection: If your YoloBox has NDI enabled and your computer has NDI software installed, you can easily transmit or output video sources wirelessly via NDI. YoloBox also supports SRT Source Input and SRT/RTMP Output. If you’re using OBS for screen recording, you can add your computer screen as a video source to YoloBox wirelessly using OBS’s SRT feature, but make sure your computer and YoloBox are connected to the same network. My question to Frank is: Where are servers located and do they provide good bonding capability in all main geographic locations? For example, uk and Ireland? Specifically, connect the HDMI output of the YoloBox Mini to the input of the external recorder. If you still can't determine the cause after checking, it might be a technical error with YoloBox. In that case, please contact us at contact@yololiv.com. One possible cause is that the flash drive format might be incompatible. The Mini supports FAT32 or exFAT formats, so if your flash drive is formatted as NTFS or another format, the device may not recognize it or be able to record. You can try reformatting the flash drive to FAT32 or exFAT and then attempt recording again. Next, please check whether the connection between the flash drive and the device is secure. Finally, if the flash drive is too slow, it may also cause recording failures. I recommend using a high-speed flash drive. Secondly, regarding the issue with your external recorder not responding when connected, please check if your USB cable is in good condition. You may try using a different cable, and if the issue persists, it may not be related to the cable itself. Hi @dcfairwi There are 2 network selection strategies, with the default being latency prioritisation: Latency Priority: Networks are selected in order of lowest latency, followed by networks with slightly higher latency, and so on. Pre-Configured Priority: If latency-based network prioritisation is challenging, the pre-configured network priority will come into play. I have noticed that some members in our Facebook community have also requested the expansion of font options. I have submitted a feature request for various Arabic fonts to our technical team on your behalf. In the meantime, a workaround would be to import external image overlays or use dynamic subtitles with a green background. I recommend using the software Canvas on your computer, which allows you to export images with a transparent background and offers a variety of lower thirds presets. Hi @n4thejourney We used the LINCO ZENITH Tripod Stand (www.lincostore.com/collections/linco-zenith-series/products/3-x-7ft-light-stand-photo-video-studio-lighting-photography-stands-linco) to secure the camera and the Leaplight monitor cage video rig kit to mount the YoloBox. I’m sorry, but the Leaplight product is currently only available for sale within China and has limited application scenarios. However, there are better alternatives available, such as the YC Onion YoloBox Cage, which is specifically designed for the hardware structure of the YoloBox. Additionally, you will need to purchase a mount. Based on recommendations from members in our Facebook community, we suggest two options: the Manfrotto 244 (www.manfrotto.com/us-en/photo-variable-friction-arm-with-bracket-244/) and the Smallrig arms (amzn.to/4a5KwRX). Once you have your camera mounted on the tripod, the magic arm will allow you to easily attach the YoloBox behind the camera, so you can use the monitor mode screen of the YoloBox while panning the camera.
