Tony, forget the hospital or the doctors for your back, find a Chiropractor. I had a bad back and went to the doctor who provided me with Naproxen to relieve the pain - it gave me stomach pains instead. Suffered for 6 months then went to a Chiropractor. I went every week for a month then I now see him every 6 weeks. Best decision I have ever made. Out of pain and sleeping well. Do yourself a favour and find one near you. My wife and I look forward to your Sunday videos. Get well soon. Steve
