Sharp looking
Beauty.
I love that Harley was still making Panheads the year I was born!
Do you have a video for the front head? Having a hard time getting around the distributor, any information is welcomed
Yeah buddy
Looks like a scene out of the 1960's.
This same on austin butler drives in the bikeriders film coming out
She's a Beauty.😊
The most beautiful motorcycle I have ever seen !
Well that was exciting, educational, aesthetically pleasing.... Not!
What is the jet size.. you use on the s&s carburetor main jet and slow jet .. tx 😎👍
Great vid tx .....✌️👋🏍️
👍👍👍🏍️
I was looking at your fuel linencoming from the petcock, it looks like you are running it down to the base then upnto the carb, are you not running it through the wire for the stock routing for the butterfly carb?
Beautiful but hey BROTHER get rid of the bungee cord 😹
Thank you! Greetings from Russia 🇷🇺🇷🇺🇷🇺
Divine shovelhead!
That noise you are hearing is the steel clutch plates rattling in the clutch basket because it's an open air clutch. It's not encased in oil. This is perfectly normal. Nothing to worry about. Or, if you're concerned about the noise, you can get anti-rattle clutch plates. However, they tend not to release the clutch when you're at stopped and it's hard to get in neutral. Something to think about.
How do you remove these types of clips? I believe they’re called “top hat” clips
Really miss running those old girls. Like to have another one. But there getting pretty rare. Around here anyway
Awesome Sleds in that line-up .

I'd like to have that sit in my driveway❤👍😎🔥
That is not a distributor. Both cylinders fire at the same time.
Correct. The proper name is a circuit breaker. Thank you
@@nutsandboltzgarage5889 Thanks for being a nice guy. I'm a bit of a butthole when it comes to using the proper names. It all started while in the Air Force. Best mechanics training in the world. You don't make mistakes. I've had my 75 FLH since new. It has never been in a shop, not even for warrenty work. I've done it all myself, and that is with one complete rebuild front to rear. It's just this particular item came up once before along time ago so I will tell you about it. You might get a chuckle. This guy was trying to time Panhead using the two different marks on the fly wheel. First he set one and then he would set the breaker to the other mark on a different place on the flywheel. When I told him what he was doing wrong, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Everybody calls it a distributor. I told him my bike wasn't the one not running. And to prove my point, butthole that I am. I fired up the Graylady and rode away.
@@user-ho4nw5sf3w no. I appreciate it. I knew what it was called. You're correct and welcome here !
More than 30 years ago I was installing the gas tanks on my 1975 FLH. As I tightened the nuts in back it felt like I was squeezing the harness a bit. A few minutes later I hit the starter button and POOF! a $75 NOS wiring harness ignites and burns up.
Is that a original finish on the tins cam cover and Rocker boxes? I like the look
Aluminum valve covers and aluminum cam cover sand blasted
Man that’s nice I wouldn’t change a thing just make it run good and ride it

My dyna?, beautiful, and it will run 95 all day, unlike them old busted up bag of bones, you should give it to somebody that can afford to restore it

Good Day Nuttsand boltz garage. I have a 71 flh. I see you have a S&S carb. I have one on mine as well. My throttle cable was a hard wire routed through the handle bars. But it does not connect up for smooth operaton on the S&S. How did you get the carb to operate smoothly? Did you stick with the stock set up or put on the throttle grip and cable assembly that came with the S&S. Nice Bike.
on this 69 i keep the stock internal throttle and i use a braided line. there has to be a throttle return spring behind the throttle spool. when you set up this way, with the braided cable, it turns the throttle into a dead mans throttle. meaning it will stay put until you back off the throttle
Yea , I used to have one , I'm 73 male
Neetoo
Looking to add an S&S to my 67 FLH. I was going to swap the throttle out for dual cable system. Looks like you have single only. Does that operate okay?
It operates great. You need to add a spring though. It makes it a dead man’s throttle. Since it’s wire braided cable, you would need a spring if you wanted a single internal wire.
A dropped lid is a scrap lid!
Your timing hole is stripped?
By the way how did you fix it? Glue? I hAve the same problem lol
DAMM SWEET BIKES MAN
i don't think that buddy seat would work 4 the girls i go out with
Hahaha!
It might. A few weeks ago I had two girls and myself on this seat. But... they had no butts.
