The dynamics are incredible..I had to turn the volume down at one point then I thought they’d stopped playing …turns out , they were playing so quiet that Inhad turned it down too much..I’ve never heard a band play pp or ppp that well !

Man, what an incredible piece, and performance by Krohnengen! It reminds me of Festival Variations by Claude T Smith, where it seems written to be unplayable, but everyone who tries these pieces comes at them full of passion and excellence, transcending the difficulty into something amazing!

Fantastisk flott spelt Krohnengen! Det var kjekt å høyre på i salen og kjekt å høyre no att her på youtube. Veldig glad for at framføringane frå NM Brass vert lagt ut her. Det er ekstremt høgt nivå på korps i Noreg for tida, og det er viktig å formidla ut i verda! Eg likte spesielt godt delen med flaske og marimba. Fantastisk solist her på marimba. 😊👏👏👏

What a fantastic band! These guys really know the true meaning of dynamics! The vast dynamic contrasts is amazing and they do it so, so well. Terrific tone too and the tempo is absolutly perfect. A pleasure to listen too =) Well done guys.

The band are great specially the blending of voices however, that band dont get the tiempo of the song... and strong brass section

Fantastic! Really nice to hear a cover of this marvellous piece of music that I have loved ever since the first time I heard it during the opening ceremony of the Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer 1994.

Love it! Fantastic combination - brass and organ. Great gong/percussion at the end of this piece (well great percussion throughout but that was a particularly dramatic finale!!). I have a CD called 'The Art of the Trombone' with trombonist Alain Trudel performing and Patrick Wedd playing organ - very inspiring. I think I will have to ask the local church organist if he would be interested in trying some music for a tuba/organ combination - that would be fun!
