Thanks a lot😊
You're welcome!
But since most students don't know it, we don't use it unless we need to.
I just saw that the channel admin is still replying to comments after 2 years!
We sure are! If students take the time to comment, we want to try to respond. We appreciate our viewers! ❤️
Excellent information and exercises
Thanks a lot! ❤️
Perfect class to learn the unknown things love you thank you so much for helping us ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Glad it helped you! ❤️
You are a good teacher but don't use the same example . thanks teacher
Sometimes we use one or two examples from the lesson in the practice exercise to get students started.
I hanks teacher
good jod
Thanks! Be careful to spell "job" with a "j."
Hello always eats breakfast
I think you meant this: He always eats breakfast. Good example!
Why is the answer (starting) instead of (to start) in the last example?
The rule for this one is "preposition + gerund." Since "about" is a preposition, we need "starting." Hope that helps!
Swiper almost swiped the friendship bracelets, didn’t he? Fifi, Sami, Fomkah, and Ying Ying failed to swipe the friendship bracelets, didn’t they?
the video is good
Thank you!
good
Thanks!
i have an english exam tomorrow it was really helpful for my english exam thank you!:)
Best of luck!
i have a final so thank you
Good luck!
Did Baby Jaguar fall in the water?
Why is Skye’s main color pink?
Sorry but you said she would buy a new car if she had million dollars is it right to put she had instead of she has???
That's right. The patterns are "if + would, past verb" and "if + will, present verb" so with "would buy" you need "had."
Thank you for your reply
This very useful, can i find transcript because the internet very weak in my area
I'm sorry, we don't have a transcript available that we've made, but CZcams often provides it for you. Just click on "more" in the grey description box and scroll down to "Transcript" and then click on "Show transcript." Hope that helps!
I watched this like many times thanks for this video this is so useful and again thank you so much for
This information
You're very welcome! Glad it was useful!
This came on my fyp just in time because i have an English exam tomorrow😭🙏
Good luck to you!
Are there worksheets for restaurant vicabulary
We have corresponding lessons on our (paid) site, ellii.com
Ai si cool
Gracias!
good grammer video
Thanks!
In the starting elli you say 'Jive a second' it's wrong it's 'Give a second' ❤ and I know that why you say it wrong you say it wrong because you wants to know how's your students goes❤❤😊😊😅
Actually, Lise is saying "Do you have a second..." When spoken quickly, "do you" often sounds life "dja."
I have moved to a new country
Great example!
He had a dog for 8 years
Without a specific past time marker, the best sentence would use the present perfect tense: He has had a dog for 8 years.
Prepositions used to be so hard but now their so easy, thanks esl library
That's great to hear! You're very welcome
My IGCSE English exam is on monday
Best of luck!
@@ellii thank you
If i were a bird, i would fly to my country

Wow it's amazing 🎉🎉
Thank you so much 😊
How do people mess up the /j/ and /dʒ/ sounds???
If a sound isn't a part of your own language, it can be very difficult to hear or pronounce.
my/θ/.
refuse. I heard ⟦ɹʷəˈfju̹ːz⟧ as you said it. Not ⟦ɹʷəˈv ͉ ju̹ːz⟧.
You got it!
@@ellii You know IPA, right?
@@natural-log-here Of course. It would be difficult to teach pronunciation without using the IPA.
This is why I aspirate my p’s when necessary. I have [p] and [pʰ].
素晴らしい! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Arigato gozaimasu!
Children go to school. I wake up at 8.00 She cooks every day. he goes to school every morning. It eats carrot.
Great examples! 👏👏 The only corrections are 1) "he" should be "He" and 2) "carrot" should be "a carrot" or "carrots." Good job!
❤❤❤
❤️❤️
I can understand anyway ❤❤❤
Who love this show and can understand 👇
Thanks, that's great to hear! But be careful with the word "anyway." It means you can understand despite a negative thing. Your sentence means you can understand even though the video was low volume or bad quality. If you wanted to have a positive meaning, you could say "I understood this perfectly" or "I can understand this very well." Hope that helps!
I have an exam tomorrow
Best of luck!
Could you make videos for us about Phonetics?
That's what all our pronunciation videos are! Phonetics is the production of sounds, from the form of the mouth (placement of lips and tongue, etc.) to your vocal cords vibrating (voiced sounds) or not (voiceless sounds). Find our entire playlist here: czcams.com/play/PL0MvnNQjMzmaj3OyBD766o70tB5OsiwHp.html
Same. I have an exam tomorrow as well
Good luck to you!
Can you make the r sound? Not if you're from Boston!
