That's a pretty aggressive comment. People have the right to be new at a video game. Everyone start has a noob, nobody understand the fundamental thing from the get go and those video are targeted for that audience. It seems you are well beyond that level so there is probably other content not directed towards "9 years old" for you. CZcams is a vast place :)

Players who have played 300+ games still don't understand the game, that's true since for now almost nobody really understand the game, myself included since Predecessor is a very complex game. With or without this video, it doesn't matter, could be or could not be, I am just a simple man trying to do his best with the limited skill he has to help the community. I have received some feedback that it has helped some so I would consider my endeavor not completely useless contrary to what your comment suggest :)

Your concept would be the reason why this game doesn’t survive. You may have a decent understanding of mobas but you need to take a 9 yr old class on business Dinky.

Thanks for the feedback even though I believe game play is better to keep bored brain interested but not to actually convey generic knowledge and principle and my goal is the later one.

In Predecessor character are not aligned with your crosshair, they are slighlty offset, which means with a right shoulder peak you can actually shoot while almost your whole character remains hidden behind the corner you are peaking which allow to deal damage while the opponent cannot damage you.

Well to be fair Predecessor is a tough game and no player currently plays perfectly. Even the top of the top is full of mistakes. So there is a lot of space for anyone that want to be in the top if they put a bit of practice in :)

Well to have coached a few players, even the one at the top, many don't really realize all the little things they are doing and the consequence of them since MOBA is not really straightforward when it comes to the action-reaction aspect. Which is why I am doing those series to help people have a better understanding of all those little mecanics.

there is a game chat that is off by default but honestly majority of the time its used to flame. ping system exists and should be used

I mean considering he’s going for a burst/auto attack build and not a poke/sustain build…that’s why he went prophecy. Like yes megacosm is good and all but considering their team kinda does well into tick dmg due to their sustain he went for the sacrifice of mana for more upfront dmg. At least that’s what I think

What I mean by sustain is obv Grux survivability but also Zarus passive can be annoying if there isn’t quick enough dmg, belica can manipulate mana drainage, Iggy has a crap ton of turrets to deal with and a some other things. So going the quicker dmg might’ve been the call but I could see the megacosm still so don’t take it as me saying you’re wrong just explaining lol

megacosm first is a joke now. item is not nearly what it used to be/ prophecy is straight up better clear. I have a blue buff and hunt passive for mana issues if i reset for "mana" its because a rest is logical anyway a majority of the time. junglers nearly never have to worry about mana. Taking gold? yea junglers can do that. im a hero capable of snowballing hard into late game and sometimes you have to play into yourself. There is also logical reason to not go Sweeper early in some cases. admittedly this is not a case and i just kept forgetting (i may have been live on twitch during this game).

@@BN_BearsMOBA I took the time to read it. I know Megacosm got nerfed a bit and I haven’t played shinbi in forever so I was going off of what I know about the items lol. I personally like Prophecy bc I think it feels better towards my style of play but yeah I didn’t know that it was just better lol

every game is different strong/weak side is relevant, lane matchups, pressure, map state, and individual player skill.

It was an 0.18.3 game, and yes there is some interesting choice in there, hence why I selected the match :)

@@mugiwawa08 The mindrazor is for the instant power, compared to going Soul chalice -> Malady which just slows down your power spike by 1000 gold, and when the enemy hits 1 item you are still stuck on soul chalice and components. I was trying to cook judgement, but it is for sure not the way. Also why you gotta pick the games where I just fucking hard grief :'(

Thanks for all the feedbacks. When it comes to the value, I had to retro engineer all the combat system and then add to create the passive effect manually. The system is simplified over the real game since you cannot miss and there is no mention of positioning so it is somewhat in a "ideal" scenario. I don't believe adding the CC duration to be really valuable since it is already something you can easily extract from the character page itself when you can see the CC, also the builder spam everything which means sometimes it will overlap CC where a more advanced player will space them better. However for the delay action it is something that can be useful and might consider for future versions.

Indeed B-Team is the name of the team but that probably means I should add an overlay when I review competitive game so it is easier to know who I am referring to ^^

Is there a way to find out your rank level in the game for predecessor

I think Combustion is prefered since it is better damage, better wave clear and offer mana which allows you to spam more. On top of that with the 6 items patch Combustion got changed to have its cooldown reduced by every tick of ability damage which works with Morigesh passive making it a very high DPS item for her.

Could be an idea even though I have no idea which angle I could go with it. Here a few thing you can do. The first thing when you review a game is trying to ask yourself questions. The most obvious one is when you die, ask yourself why did I die and what could I have done in that situation to not die. But what can happen also is you try to fight and you lose hard, once again ask yourself why, is it because my opponent add more item, is it because I missplayed, ... When you start reviewing it is all about asking yourself question and trying to answer it. And it does not matter if your answer is correct or not, what we are looking for at the beginning is getting use to that process of thinking about our actions all the time because this is what you need to do when you play. The more you will do it the better you will be at it, which means by watching content will start to see a lot more than what you are currently seeing and when you play you will start playing with a lot more intentionality.
