Music is like a big playground where you can make up your own games. We all know how important it is to be creative and try new things when improvising in music. That's why I created this "WeLoveBackingTracks"
Whether you're just starting to play music or you're already a pro, there are different tracks for you to play with.
When I was playing along other channels backingtracks, it occurred to me that it was mostly blues or fusion inspired tracks. So my goal was to create backing tracks especially to improvise on rock and pop inspired tracks in various keys that I thought were missing on other CZcams channels. These tracks are made to help you improvise on mid tempo, rock an pop tracks in Major and Minor keys, to help you expand in the field were most of the guitarist gigs are. From slow tunes to medium fast beats, each track is like a journey waiting for you to riff on.
So, if you're ready to let your chops fly and unlock your licks, Let's rock this town!

Nice track. Funny how well the F natural fits with the D major chord. I guess it's because the major tonality in the chord is not accented much. Love the turn-around with the F to E7. (subbed)

Yes, yes and yes! Very well made and perfect to play too. I am learning to incorporate rythym into my playing instead of just playing lead the whole track and this was one of the first tracks where the chords just went together so smooth for me personally. I just played along to this on my new Spark Mini that arrived today I was playing a tele that a friend of mine's sister gave to me. I was friends with her brother over 60 years, since first grade. He hung himself a couple of months ago & left behind over 200 guitars as well as friends & family. Had tears in my eyes. This is a great melodic track. Thanks

I am an advanced beginner/intermediate player. I just turned 71 yrs. old. I was a professional drummer for 40 yrs. playng all over the South. Now that I'm retired from drumming, I still have music in my soul. I took 3 yrs. of classical guitar in the 90's. So, I thought the knowledge I gleaned from lessons and the great guitar players I played with over the years would give me a head start in my quest to becoming a - good - player. Man was I wrong! Back in the day there were no computers, internet, CZcams, etc. Now I'm immersed in this sea of guitar information. I'm working hard at learning triads, chord tones, minor, major penatonics, learning the fret board and more. This site of backing tracks take me out of my comfort zone and forces me to play in different chord combinations which I need. I have promised myself I won't quit !! The main piece of advise I've learned is...PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE if you want to get good!!
