They need to be SUED and stopped from doing business! What a FRAUD. Horrible terrible company that lies, sells fakes and has Indian customer service agents that are just told to say NO NO NO to everything . AVOID THEM

Many many many years ago I heard that the “Real Real” sells fake items, heard it and saw it in videos filmed by Resellers who bought “mystery boxes” from that company and because they are CZcamsrs they made “unboxing videos”. I am glad I watched their videos long time ago and I learned not to buy anything from The Real Real. Thanks for your video.

Wow I can' t believe this. I have to say some of the fakes are so real looking it is not surprising in some ways. But that excuse they gave you is incredulous, seriously. Wow so they re-authenticated a fake purse that is nuts. How do they prove it is authentic. If it is authentic why not just keep it and refund you. They could just sell it again. I am confused. That is really nuts first they said you sent the wrong item and then said it was the correct item but they would not take it back? Wow. That does not add up. What is their return policy? I mean even it was real maybe you just did not like the way it looked in person. It was not a brand new item so it did not lose value. Like I said crazy.

Most people would not bother to authenticate the purse on their own. I am disappointed with the Real Real. Do you know if they put the purse back on their website for sale?

What a bad experience for the pursuit of a luxury bag. Loewe is such a a wonderful brand I’m so sorry you had a bad experience. I’m so glad you were so throughly prepared with details to dispute this entire situation - and to try and pass blame on the customer instead of just giving your funds back once they identified it was the bag they sold. The audacity to offer to consign the bag afterward - just embarrassing 😳

GREAT video. Your experience with TRR is not an anomaly. It's typical of how they do business (I was a VIP Consigner with them for 8 years). I had virtually the EXACT experiences w/TRR on THREE separate occasions, with a slight twist. I attempted to RE-CONSIGN items I had purchased FROM TRR the previous year - and TRR actually REJECTED the items, claiming that they were Fake...... (I also posted a full 'warning' video about TRR disreputable practices, a few months ago). Most recently - I had purchased a Bottega chain cassette bag from TRR March 2022, then decided to RE-Consign it with them 1 yr later (March 2023). I received notification that the bag "was NOT authentic." I sent them a screenshot from my Account History proving that I had purchased the bag FROM their site the previous year, and demanded a full refund for selling me a fake bag (for $4k, btw). SAME run-around experience as you - it took 2 months, multiple emails before they QUIETLY refunded me without a word. SAME experience with (2) Chanel belts. Purchased from TRR, tried to RE-Consign, TRR rejects them as "fake." Again, I was able to send them proof that they were TRR purchases, and demanded a full refund OR consign the items. NEVER, EVER, EVER again will I Work with TRR in any capacity. Oh - and they LOST an Alaia bag that I sent in for consignment. Still dealing with that. They are a disreputable company. When experiences likes ours are the norm - it's not by mistake. It's purposeful. Thank you for speaking out - it's important. ;-)

I purchased a preloved Gucci from TRR, had it a couple of years and decided to consign it since I rarely chose to use it. My TRR was refused on the grounds that it wasn’t real. That was an eye opener for me.

I trust fashionphile the most. But I wanted a Gucci mini marmont and I struggled about where to get it from. I could get one in the condition I wanted for 1300 but I felt like I should go ahead and spend the extra 400 at the Gucci store to get it brand new and have peace of mind. But I love to save a dollar so it was a struggle lol

When buying anything on internet you should not be shocked. Good fakes are hard to spot. The fakers are making lots of money on people like you.

Real Real sells fake bags also. I had to fight with them to get a refund but I ultimately did find a real bag I was looking for.

Fashionphile sells fake bags. The “authenticators” are all 20~somethings who can’t even afford the real stuff.

omg they treated you awful...what a stress...and mess....this would have given me sleepless nights, 2000 dollars is not nothing ..thiefs, good that you stood up and got the money back, not everyone would have been so strong to do so

I think many expensive face creams are a scam. Castor oil works better than them all, cheaper too.

I wear skinny jeans and wide leg jeans. I am an American size 4. Yes, keep fit and eat healthy. Wear clothes that express your personality. Look after your skin, hydrate and eat healthy, excersize regularly.
