The thing is I have Pro already but it's on my phone. I'm using the same account on PC and it throws the Join Pro issue. Please don't tell me I'm supposed to have TWO DIFFERENT PROS PER DEVICE TYPE! That would be beyond ridiculous.

Is there a way when I select a clip that the playhead moves to that clip? I'm thinking I'm adding effects to clip I select when in fact It's chaning the effects wherever the playhead is and it's annoying. And I'm a newbie so thank you in advance.

awesome content. I wish we can do blade tool and allow the two videos merge together like Premier Pro is done. Is there a way on Capcut to do that? So I dont have to drag the two videos I cut a segment from middle of the two and merge them together manually.

Hi, do you have any video demonstrating how to get around an issue i'm having editing Capcut videos: So i have footage from different videos that i placed in a project one after the other on the timeline, and in a layer above this footage i have these quick animations i created for the transitions between the different videos, and these transitions are just basically a white filter (rectangle) covering the entire screen and it's opacity goes from full transparency to full opacity back to full transparency so that it looks like a quick flash, and each of these transitional animations are clones placed strategically above the point in the timeline where one video ends and another starts. If i place a new video at the start of this timeline then all the strategically placed transitions move out of place. Is there a way to "lock" layers so that this doesn't occur when footage is added to the beginning or end of the timeline?

We are on that end where we actually can't figure out where the pro effect is in our project😢 We figured out a way to locate the Pro Effect and remove it from the project. ▪️Duplicate the project ▪️Start deleting content one at a time, watching to see if the Pro Effect notification disappears. ▪️ if it doesn't disappear call Mom restore and delete the next portion, until the message disappears. ▪️ restore and remove the effect or reproduce that section
