fixing my morning routine: before work
I decided to make the decision to fix my morning routine. I usually go in waves of having a good morning routine and some other times I’m waking up at 5pm. I want to finally be getting the most out of my day and I have a lot of want to accomplish so I am finally fixing my sleep schedule and I think this was a good first day with not pushing myself to go to the gym lol.
