I ve been to this resort and the neatness and the cleaniliness is absolutely pathetic, there were cockroaches all around the room and inside the furniture. I had to check out immediately from this resort and go to the resort next door which was a brand new and much better than this. In addition to this they did not even have any courtesy of refunding my amount and they were asking for the whole amount which we refused to pay.. I am sure the resort owners might have decorated the place for the marketing purpose or for the heck of it but it was a disastrous experience i had at Vann Life Resort Pench.... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Paid advance for a stay in February 2023. Was unable to make the visit due to health issues so I told the CS representative to keep the amount as deposit to be utilised at a later date. Representative agreed said I could visit when I could plan it next. On contacting the property in December same year a new representative was assigned who initially told me that a room was available on my chosen date but when I told her to book it, the representative said that her predecessor only paid the property partly and they're not responsible for the mishandling. When told to charge in full for current reservation and adjust the amount paid as advance later the representative says that the room is already booked for the date and I could only use the advance amount within six days from date. I'm staying at another hotel a day prior and due to unavailability at the same resort I was trying to book vraksh resort for the second day since the deposit was already paid. I didn't have the luxury of time to make two trips in a week to a place which is nearly 100km away from my residence. Simply put, lost the advance and had a had an unpleasant experience. To sum it up. The management of this property is terrible. Be wary. Think twice.

usually tiger kabhi logonke ke pass nahi ata hai, kabhi kabhar agar kahi bhatak gaya to aisa hota hai ki woh resorts ke pass ata hai par bahot hi rarely hota hai aisa, aur hua bhi toh woh uske raste chala jata hai.

Thank you so much. 😊 Honestly, both the properties are great. Regenta gives you a more privatised personal feel, as it has a villa based property.. whereas Pench Jungle Camp has a more 'into the wild' vibe to it. Service and hospitality-wise both the properties are excellent and very well managed. During your stay at either of the properties, we recommend you take advantage of their experiences. May it be Regenta's Jungle Patrol or Pench Jungle Camp's Eco Park Walk , or many of the other experiences they have to offer for their guests. We assure you whichever property you select, you won't be dissapointed. Check out the complete property videos for both on our page.
