But the image quality is really bad....
The term "complimentary software" shows the problem with this product, which otherwise looks like it's great. Software is an integral part of such a product, so one shouldn't consider it an optional add-on. Speaks volumes and is unfortunately typical of great hardware from East Asia. A remote would be a nice addon, btw.
I really appreciate this video! I couldn't figure out why the touch screen would work when connecting to only certain laptops and devices. Using both cords like you demonstrate, to enable the touch screen, fixed that issue! Thank you!

Hi! Yes you can use other stylus with Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP)2.0.
I will like to try it to film soccer games! Is it possible to use it to stream using an iPad?
Hi there! Thanks for leaving a comment. Unfortunately, Innex C830 only works with PC and is not compatible with iPad.

Hi! It's not anti-glare but it's a 7H hardness glass.
@@funtechinnovation danke! everything is fine, but anti-gloss is important for me (I have experience using multiple touch-monitors). probably, for certain use cases, thick glass is necessary. I would prefer thin glass, but more tactile proximity "at the fingertips". in any case, you have a very decent product. a glaring screen is a deal breaker for me.
@@simsinger9489 Thanks for your reply. Anti-glare coating might reduce brightness and color performance of the screen. Perhaps you can try anti-glare film, but that will result in thicker glass and different touch tactile for sure.
