I never really understand the need of gender reveal. I mean why is it so important to know about the sex before seeing the face

We didn't know what we were having and honestly, our little one was born and we were immediately in love, so much so the nurse had to ask us, five minutes later.... "Do you want to know the gender?" Honestly in that moment, it didn't matter....our baby was here safe and perfect in every way! And whatever we had was just beyond perfection 🫶🤍✨ X ....he was a beautiful boy 💙
