That is because the high anti-aliasing method is SSAA. Which is super sampling. So if you're displaying 4k. The engine is internally rendering at 8k. Turn AA off. Especially at 4k it isn't needed.

Don't forget he caped fps to 60 in the settings

Hi, sorry to hear you're having problem with the game. I had no issue with the launcher whatsoever. Just a normal install and press play on my part. For what it's worth, this is the GOTY Enhanced Version on Steam, not the original GOTY. Best course of action: Verify integrity of game files, reinstall the game, install latest Nvidia drivers, etc... Good luck.

I don't know about 'M-PSI' model but the Asus B560M has LGA 1200 sockets ready for 10th and 11th Gen Intel CPU, it should be OK. Older LGA 1200 motherboard might need BIOS update for 11th Gen. I used a Gigabyte-Z590-UD-AC here, worked great out of the box.
