Legit question why are all or if not most houses being built now and between 90s don't have attics or basements anymore its wonderful to have both I'm so confused
Bc basements can have mold issues or leaks and attics are hard to cool down in the summers. You still technically have these in your newer homes, they’re just small and only meant for pipes or insulation.
A basement in Texas? Good luck with that.

@@lserranov There are homes for $200k or $300k in Houston .Even for less than $200k. I have videos about those in my Channel. But there are different sizes and colors. The better the product is, the more expensive it will be. You put a home like that one anywhere in the US and it does not go below $1.5m and people can get it for $800k or maybe a lil less in one of the best zip codes nationwide. Check what you can get in California, New York, or Florida for $800k and then come back. You would wanna live "in the middle of nowhere"
This home is located in a master planned community of 3600 acres, which will be home for 6200+ homes. The community also has 400 acres of commercial, including a target and an HEB. Just because you see a video of bunch of empty land doesn’t mean it’s in the middle of nowhere

Nature is out of our hands my friend! I’ve been living in Katy for 8+ years and I have never seen a tornado here . Only Harvey but nothing really crazy other than the flooding in old areas of town
