Interesting to hear your experience. The girls on this team were leaders. The team often faced teams as you described..."co-ed" but girls sat the bench. These young ladies were blessed to play for sure.

@@LauraGarrettRD Hmm. I'd think that the stronger the anesthesia is, the longer it would take to recover. Actually, the doctors were amazed with how fast I woke up, saying I must be "a freak of nature!"

@@pieguypaul367 super simple - buy pie crust already in pan (baking isle is where you'll locate) then fill with cool whip using a large spoon. The filling is just cool whip. Beware, if you let it sit out and get warm, too liquidy.

While I know my answer will not satisfy you, the docking of the tail is done when pups are days old. It is a minor procedure at that stage. The tail left intact is long and powerful. The wagging by Dobermans, especially by those like our Dobie named Blue who's earned the nickname "wiggly butt", is intense and they can damage the tail as an adult or knock over things in the house. So, that is my argument for docking Doberman tails, but only by 3 days old, no later.

The instructions for proper resting of ear with suggested time wrapped are within video. Basically, while healing - 5 days on/2 days off. Healed - 7days on/1 day off. Total length of time you will be posting ears depends on cartilage of individual your Dobie's ears, length of crop, and how much base remains. Show crops are long with less base therefore take a long time. In general, I would say 4-6 months.
