Omg! Chat! I figured it out!! Yall remember when Koil talked about the hardcore server he wanted to launch?? Well....BOOM! This whole time NP 4.0 has been disguised as a hardcoren server! 😂😂😂 Its literally the only explanation i have cause this shit is crazy.

Nopixel was never a serious RP server. People left other serious RP servers for Nopixel. Kylie has lost the plot. She now goes ooc sadge farming her chat that it is so hard and so much work for the Justice Department and gaslights her chat that she is so fair and biased when everyone can blatantly see how wrong she is. Most recent example is the lumber law for LS. She got a phonecall from Andi basically saying Ninos laws are too complicated blablabla, lasted about 10 seconds, then she revokes and already signed law to have it changed, because "reasons" And just today she writes a supercomplicated law herself tieing the hands of cops and lawyers on a roleplay server which is ment to be content for streaming services where the time you have to spend in jail can be extremely high and it assumes that cops are doing their job correctly, which they are not. If there is an old casing on a new scene that casing gets logged, and when that gun appears somewhere else someone gets hit with that no matter the circumstances, which is complete bullshit. You should need way more evidence for that. And cops claim to gotten hit if there is just a bit of blood from them on the scene, they could be bleeding from something else like starvation, or their own clumsiness getting hit by a local, it doesn't matter. And then you take away the only way to somehow remedy this dumb stuff. This honestly will make ppl extremely mad and ppl will most likely just switch to other servers at that point.

I get that big fines are there to deter people from just shooting hospital staff and cops all day, but if there are big RP reasons behind the shootings which usually there is, then they should trust the RPers in their server a little bit more. And if people are just shooting cops for the fun of it with little RP then they could just be banned, same as how you would get banned for killing randoms anyway. But instead you have cops who don't care about hostages lives, relishing in the fact that they can put away players for hours to days, and just an overall gloomy and tiptoe vibe around all the possibilities you can do as a crim. They should either allow crims to RP a jailbreak, or lower the time even more. Give Crim's a choice on if they want to jailbreak or not. Just like how cops have a choice on how long they want to stay in the hospital after getting shot. Because in all reality it's just not fair, people are just trying to make content. 🤷

Why the hell are they doing this? Kills progression, kills content, and kills RP. Im not a doomer but this could tank everything interesting going on in the server.

Reddit convinced it's CG influencing Koil/Nopixel. But that Penta group in 3.0--their influence & their preferred RP style is where Nopixel been heading towards Idk if it's reversible. Maybe GTA 6 will help reversed that change

Anything over an hour is wild for RP, just saying seen Ramee get busted on prodigy yesterday, 30 months and $500, 2 jobs and he was out in less than 10 min. No mald, no revenge talk, no cop hunting. As a viewer it's boring when the streamer you watch gets 200+ minutes in jail, it's OOC punishment for doing what you are literally supposed to be doing, it kills streams, view counts, actually taking money from peoples hands IRL cause they just played the game how it's meant to be played.

There needs to be a district attorney office. It could solve a lot of the problems. It'll cut down on the inconsistenties between cops issuing times and fines, while also giving them someone to consult when figuring out what charges to actually push (no more running to judges, which still happens 🙄) based on what the district attorney believes they can prove in court with the evidence. Then maybe cops will stop trying to push extra BS charges and improve their conviction rate in court. But the D.A. needs to be someone that can take an L because they will obviously become a target for crims who get caught doing major crimes.

If this is true all it’s going to lead to is people skipping medical skipping interrogation and just being asked to sent straight to prison. Like who what to spend 3hours getting medical, then chatting with cop to then get no time off and spend 5hours in jail. Just less RP all around.

Honestly they need to rework jail sentence timing to like a max of 30 minutes for like some dogtown roleplay in prison. Then convert the rest into parole time meaning hey you have 200 months on you. You are going to serve 30 in jail then the rest on the streets if you get caught doing crime during that you will go to jail and serve the rest of the 170 months in jail plus what other crimes you committed. Giving the cops some downtime to respond to other calls and not making the crims feel horrible and looking at paint drying on the wall.

They need to add jailbreaks and everything would be fine. Crims could start using cash to avoid fines. If they got bored, they could leave jail when they wanted... Literally, it's such an easy fix, but PD get so tilted when they can't OOC shut down someone's content for crossing them in RP.

The peak of 3.0 was the toxicity of CG and GG wars that were the best content for casual crim rp viewers of gta. The civ rp was amazing and was fun to watch people like Spaceboy crew do dumb shit and create fun content for viewers, its has been nothing but downhill from there. Nopixel might be the best server mechanically but servers like purple and prodigy have the civ rp that np needed. hopefully there will be come sort of change on the new update that will encourage people to play

2.0 had the most toxic war/fights ever, sometimes lasting for over a month, 3.0 was much better in that regard, and there was more variety of rp to watch during 3.0 since there was more streamers. i think from hutch's perspective its nostalgia hitting him, but in majority i feel like everyone would say 3.0 was better for a viewer with way more variety of rp to watch

3.0 > 2.0 and it's not even close. The server could've reduced slots but that would've been the end of the server lmao. They expanded it because it was getting stale as fuck. Nobody played NP Classic (2.0) because they realized how absolute dog shit it was. This whole peak bs is just people remembering their first hit of RP and having a fondness for it.

2.0 easily was when Nopixel was at its peak. Nothing has topped it in both rp and content
