Ah fellas! Episode 244 complaining about new nurses being let out and doing injectables after 3 months training on the job? How can you say that is not appropriate? My first job was looking after cardiothoracic ICU / POCCU patients and after 3 months I was on my own with patients 1-1. A nurse (in the UK I can’t talk for AU training) has done 4 placements per year in hospitals with patients with a 3 month elective at the end in ED or high patient throughout area with the idea of practicing on their own. I find it hard not to take offence at this insinuation that a nurse is not capable of injecting post grad with 3 months on the job training. A little bit of Dr superiority there I think. I disagree and think they are more than capable. Prob more capable that a Freshman Dr. I can’t tell you the amount of time a Nurse has saved a Drs ass in the hospital so please… a little more respect for the Nurses in the industry. TIA.

Is Alluzience cruelty free? I understand that when products get invented they test on animals. But I know for instance that for every batch of Botox created, it’s continuously tested on animals. The marketing for this product needs to be more transparent as no where states that only 24% of patients were observed to get the faster onset and only 24% improvement of glabella observed in 6 months. Because I have had this product injected and I have not seen this faster action and questioning if it will even last the 6 months.

Why than not take someone outside the medical field train him in anatomy esthetics and beauty concepts and than judge him by the good results he might have .. guys you found out that this field has a lot of money and you are trying to persuade people that the goog knowledge of what you are doing is enough , but it is not guys. Dentists and nurses are not qualified to reverse severe side effects like tissue nécrosés etc. Do not mix dentists with maxillofacial surgeons who are both dentists and doctors and later specialise in maxillofacial surgery. Doctors also understand the basics of dental Anatomy does this allow them to perform dental treatments if they wish ? NO . So do not rationalise your choise of doing another speciality’s job who is 100% money based just because you can actually get the job done . If you are so interested in esthetics why don’t you treat burn victims in the facial area? Because no money that’s because !
