Looks can be deceiving as we test this beautiful Helo InfraSauna on the Traditional heated setting after 30 plus minutes it only gets to 135*F. This may sound hot, but is nothing to the 192*F that we do. In a Traditional Sauna environment we are looking to achieve a "Value of 200". so you shower with steam? No water flow? Isn't that a bit hot? I'm confused.
It's a steam shower. You can sit inside and enjoy the steam at about 120*F at 100% humidity or shower or both if you want I suppose. The Traidtional Sauna can be used dry or ladle water on the rocks and get the room slightly over 50% humidity with this particular heater and up to 194*F. Hopefully this makes sense!

Hi, would the steam in this video be 6kw or 9kw?
The sauna was 6kw and the steam shower was 10kw. This is based on the size of the area and materials used.
Thanks for this. I currently have a 7foot by 7foot room am am debating between 6.5kw and 9.5kw steam room. The electrician has advised for 6.5kw however I wanted something quite powerful... Any suggestions? Are there any website you recommend to buy the steam pump and controller from? Thanks again

Doesn’t the window screw the temperature in the sauna? How do you ventilate the steam after using it, so that it doesn’t moisture the rest of the room?
There are no worries with temperature performance from a window or or steam when ventilated in when ventilated and built properly.

Nope. The roof will fall off before the tile does. The thinset used bonds like you wouldn't believe. Any tile you try to take off needs to be shattered and ground off.

Chie EF, the sky is the limit however, the Amerec steam equipment was right around $5k. You'll need to contact us so we can put you in contact with the Installing General Contractor that installed the solid marble walls and huge pieces of 1/2" thick glass. SoCal Sauna What are your perosnal top 3 woods for internal and external indoor sauna walls?
I like them all! It really depends on what you're looking for. Are you wanting more reddish, white or tan tones with the design of your sauna? I will say that here in Southern California Western Red Cedar is very popular even though it isn't my personal choice. This doesn't make it good or bad, it's all personal choice.
SoCal Sauna So one any one wood more durable than another wood. Or don they all last for a simliar amout of time?
