It would be worthwhile to find out if the place is for sale
Thank you for joining us on our adventure After researching apparently there was a care taker of the building possibly a son we have researched alot and can't find the care taker from asking people the last approximately visit was early 00's and that was to secure the building working on dates the landlady could be 60, 70 plus years old or even older we are continuing our search for the owners even if it is for the condition of the building

Sadly that costs money we don't have I need a contact not the owners name we already have that information from our research
What a sad place.

Amazing to see the original gearing for the water wheels that would have provided the power before steam. Then the chimney and tank house which would have come after. I hope they put these buildings back into use because the timbering etc is incredible.. Its a testement to quality construction that many of buildings are still intact after hundreds of years..
