Try this meditation if you have ADHD
People with ADHD often tell me that they "can't meditate because their brain is too busy and making it quiet is impossible". As someone with raging ADHD I do understand because I struggled when I first started until I learned that there are ways to meditate that can keep the brain active. We achieve so much with ADHD already so if we work WITH it, rather than against it, to meditate we can achieve an amazing deep state of relaxation and meditation. Like anything if you go into this determined to prove you can't meditate you'll be right but if you're will to go with it and put your ADHD to good use you have a high chance of success.

Falling meditation for anxiety

I developed crippling anxiety during perimenopause and I started doing this meditation to help me. I have since used it many times to help with a lot of unwanted feelings and thoughts. If you're afraid of heights you might struggle with this. You have to trust yourself and let go. Once you get the hang of this I have more you can add to it to get clear messages and insight from.

Found a crap piece of spruce and two hinges under my work bench. Three cuts and a couple of screws later there is a nice meditation stool. Fits under the sofa. Thanks!

I am a women, early 40s, in WA, Australia. I can feel it in me, and I am seeing friends and other women succumbing to this process one by one. Vast majority don't have support from husbands, family and definitely not the GPs. What we need is a list of good GPs, Hormone Specialists, or whomever it is that we should go see to get to the bottom of it. We need the 'Main Stream' validation of what is happening to us so that we can go forth and support ourselves, teach our spouses and families, and get whatever help we may require to get through it. Mostly, we need to be able to sustain this process with Grace, Gratitude and Dignity.

Thank you very much, just made one! Retails for $45 usd on Amazon or $12 from local hardware store and a couple hours (for a complete amateur).
I used a completely rusty hand saw from mine. I also used the end scrap, cut it in half and secured it on either end to prevent the hinge joints from hyper extending. it doubles as a small altar or floor table
Materials: "A (less rusty) saw", loved it!

Why doing always use cm, mm for measurement on the phone. Use the measurements in inches, and feet measure please. Thank you..
I'm in Australia, that's what we use. Convert in Google if you need to.
Pretty much the whole world uses the metric system. There are only a few countries left that use imperial measures.

Hi, thanks for your video, what's the angle on the bench leg?
Sorry I'm not sure on the angle because I use the dimension given. If you're wanting to make a bigger or smaller stool you could create the template out of paper and measure the angle that way.

Thank you for this! I just made one where I stapled fabric on three sides of the top piece and filled it with buckwheat hulls before stapling the final side. It is comfy and great to store out of the way.
