This applies to gords to Man absolutely! Being that your engine pulls a human, you want to give it as much fuel as it possibly can without falling on its face that will really help your takeoff . If you’re engine will idle all day long your low is too lean not lean enough to hurt the engine, but lean enough to slack on power.. Hey bro thank for watching them I really appreciate. I have not yet fixed the fuel line. The problem is the filter is in the front of the tank 🤣 so when it get low on fuel it starts getting air. Its an easy fix I just need to do it. The filter needs to go in the back of the tank .

Well that will depend on your fuel mix the temperature outside and the relative humidity so I really cant say all I can tell you is to start at base settings or richer and take away or add fuel as per the sound of your engine. You want it leaving hard and screaming balls on the top end. And dont bury the idle screw or you will play hell trying to get it tuned right.

Fuel mix 50 to 1 and I'm in Dallas tx so it's pretty hot

The Taylor side pipe or the Rovan rear dominator clone or even the DDM Dominator itself are great pipes

You have to email Dan at Fearless for the Rovan pipe with the stinger facing towards the air. He cannot advertise that due to legal allegations. If you want that specific rear pipe I can get the part number for you.

Absolutely I will check them out for ya bro! The big bore shocks from IRC work well on the bajas they are now my second favorite 🤣 they are also half the price but but less than half the adjustability! These are amazing bro! I gladly make a video for you fitting the shocks to a baja. However the MCD does have the same length on all four corners so travel will be limited. I have great luck with the HPI shocks/KM VVC’s they are excellent and can be tuned with oil , pistons and springs like most shocks. But set up correctly they work very well! They are honestly my favorite for the bajas. Thats what I got on my super fast stretched dirt dragster and its handles superb! These shocks are definitely designed for racing. I really wanted them for the Ultimate Extreme build nut now that I got them Im like WOW! You pay totally for what you get in this hobby when bought from a company!

The 38cc has some decent compression because of the small combustion chamber, if you load it with a little too much fuel ⛽️ that will increase the felt compression. That engine just needs a good ratcheting type easy start or a Taylor RC pull start those are tough and get it going. Fearless sells the ratcheting pull start you will have to change the flywheel though. But the pull starts come with the pawl assembly. They are really nice you dont need to yank the piss out of them. You pull the string until you feel the pawls catch and then you just pull the string up and the spring in the pull start helps spin the engine over. They are my favorite pull starts because breaking strings is no fun!

@eastsiderc lol thanks. Last time I flooded it and all the fuel finally came out. Then once it was all out (which by the way, I had it tipped over) it still felt hard to pull. It makes sense it is hard to pull it cause of the 38cc compression for sure just never knew it was so hard to pull without heating the engine with a heat gun.

Sorry man I dont have a link I share all that information here on the channel. One of the vids I show and explain how to tune on the high n low needles . Basically just make small adjustments tiny ones. And from base settings dont go more than a quarter turn lean of you can hurt the engine.

@dancj10 yes bro right clockwise lean counterclockwise left rich. So when making adjustments picture a clock in your head, you’re adjustments will be every 15 minutes give or take if you follow me looking at it as a clock pattern. You can also look at it in the way of a pie and when you’re tuning the carburetor you’re making little slices in the pie.

I like it man. It looks very cool. It is cloned after the MCDW5 not the max the shorter model you can buy an MCD roller for that price, but it won’t have electronics and an engine the engine in the T5. I am not a fan of it is the crap during 36 however, you can switch out the piston with a single piston and a brand new ring, and you will have a nice engine then it very cheap to do and really I recommend it because the dual rings will eventually ruin the engine

Yessir after a small headache I came to the conclusion the ring must be damaged and sure enough it was. My brother Allen and engine builder showed me a few things to try before I ripped it all apart again and replaced the ring. He is an Awesome friend and such a pro engine builder! You have a blessed one too bro! Ill be back at service time next week! I got my room clear so I can breathe in there again. I was suffocated by RCs 🤣😂🤣🙏!

@@thatoneguy2756 yes I built a 45cc with a dual ring piston running a single ring. It ran well. I have videos of it deep in my archives of my channel

I too had a dual ring 45 but I changed the piston to a single ring piston and it ran waaaaaaay better! It was a dog with two rings! Our TMR 50 had two rings and it ran hot and underpowered! It was like an entirely different engine when I removed the bottom ring and just left the top one on the piston. It ran at normal operating temps made way more power and RPMs. I hate dual rings for RC use. We tach way to high of rpms for that. And besides that the chinese do a messy job with these engines putting them together and leaving trash down in some to only later destroy the engine within a few tanks.
