Good Video and great points. I have it down to this lens and the Sony 20-70 f4G. I agree that the wider side of the zoom is more important. So it's essentially 20mm vs f2.8 for me. Benefits to both.

bro... You single handedly saved me a ton of money. I currently have a Sony A6400, and was looking into a full frame under the impression that the pixels mattered so much more than on an APS-C. Your video explained what no other video I've found could explain so well and in great detail without being too complicated to understand. Instead of buying a Sony full frame, I may just look into purchasing the A6700 and upgrading from my current A6400. It makes so much more sense now just to stick with an APS-C camera over going full frame, unless maybe I'm wrong? I'm so used to shooting with this camera and I've shot several air shows and concerts with great success. Now it doesn't seem like switching to a full frame camera would really benefit me in any way, correct me if I'm wrong. But I feel like the A6700 could fit my needs far better than going full frame since it's a sensor size I've grown very familiar with. I also have several lenses and a Sony G 70-300 lens that was made for the APS-C sensors. Do you think it's best for me to stick with them, or get a full frame?

The difference between those 2 cameras in low light noise is about 1 and a half stop. That`s quite a difference. The fullframe also has more than a stop more dynamic range. That`s nice to have. I think the native fullframe lenses for sony are allmost always better than the crop version.

Would you recommend upgrading my 6K to the 8K even if I don’t plan on using 8k as much? I really like the idea of having full frame 4k 120 and the extra dynamic range but would it be smart to upgrade if I wasn’t really going to use the 8K that much?

Super helpful. Does the fact it's not water sealed a problem at all? Would that put my camera at risk if a bit of water/rain gets on it? I wouldn't have feared so much about it normally but last month I got a near bucket load of water from a roof gutter on me and my camera - it wasn't raining, not a harsh environment, just terrible bad luck. Thankfully I had the 24mm f2.5G on and no water got in... I'm just left wandering now what would have happened if I had a non-water sealed lens on. I'm still a beginner so am curious to hear what you and others think :)
