When I was in High School computer class in about 1987/88 we had to learn a data entry program I wonder if it was this one. All I remember was I got stuck on "Create Mask" function (we were tasked with creating a simple data entry on-screen form). Was that perhaps this program or another?

Very well explained. Good to see the minimal install... DNF and Network configuration walkthrough came as a Treat. Does the minimal install include Python, Perl by default. Is it advisable/doable to istall Postgres/Oracle/Cassandra on minimal ISO, without any extra packages?

Dbase was simple, yet very flexible and powerful. You could build quick, men driven databases for LAY PERSONS and thus increase organization productivity. Most of the database needs of the office could be met by this wonderful software. When i upgraded computers i always ensured that the MS-DOS dot-prompt was available, so that i could use Dbase. In today's Android world i am not able to find a similar DBMS similar to Dbase, which would enable me to make database apps for me / others which would be menu driven and also easy to use. Can anyone please suggest a few options ?

Sir i need to decomm data center 2 which is on AWS dc 1 is Oregon and dc2 is Singapore ..RF is 2 .It is possible to decommission the DC2 without data loss and downtime.

sir I want to do a backup and restore data across different clusters in kubernates. And the clusters are in different region .. basically I want to replicate my data in a different cluster . Also can I run nodetool in a separate pod and connect to cassandra cluster to create the snapshots ? or any better suggestion for production?

This is really informative tutorial. I was using the dbeaver ee 3.8.5. Which is the last free version of ee supporting Cassandra still available in archives. While connecting to astra we need to specify consistency level for insert queries. Is there a way to specify the consistency level in dbeaver.
