I love Portland, ME but I wont prefer to move there due to its location and the brutal cold winters. They say Maine has only 2 seasons. 10 months of cold winter and 2 months of moderate weather (aka Summer) and back to cold again. 😂😂😂😂😂😂. The list is good choice otherwise. How about San Antonio, TX? which is making news in recent times.
