It’s Wednesday and this has all played out to the letter.. I will never ever give my ex a moment of my time again. My walls and boundaries are impenetrable now. My financial security and job is all I’m concerned about now. I’m done with the verbal nastiness of him, falling short of his promises & hiding his phone all the time.. he contacted me after 6 days of silence by Tuesday but it was met with the sound of crickets. I’m done. Now tryna rebuild my life. X

Watching this retrospectively. Last Monday tried to resurrect my relationship with my now ex. Seemed to be going ok. Then I was being subjected to more verbal abuse by Tuesday. Still tried by day 3 when it seemed to be like we were trying to heal but by day 4 I completely walked away. Has taken me MONTHS to do it. Now I am emotionless and more hopeful for my future.. day 5 I had a meeting with work and went bk after a long time on the sick. Having watched the video for this present wk (27th-2nd) it’s also playing out exactly as it’s happening x
