Yesterday I went to the dentist with all the x-ray and photos that yo need for braces because I was having a lot of headaches and my dentist said, take some x ray so I can take your wisdom teeth out and I ended up with braces, 2 expanders and a headgear

I'm more concerned with the arythmia nevermind the buccul why was it exposed and what's its purpose

Loved the clear and precise presentation. I wish some more focus was emphasised on the reactive units when correcting the rotations. We cant just let whatever happen to the reactive units in the hope that we will fix them later esp if measures are present that can prevent it. For eg. I like to use figure of 8 ligature tie to multiple teeth in the reactive unit so that we get correction of rotation as well as minimal change in the reactive unit .

Dose it work or not

Great to know that can be used for restricting maxillary protrusive growth. We use a similar approach (zygomatic suspension wiring ) only for le fort I fractures.

I recomend using a phone with a ring light, i know it sounds weird. But i take good quality pictures in less time. Is so helpful and patients are not as uncomfortable/shy.
