The slightly narrower field of view wasa serious selling point for me. i find most action cameras to be so wide as to almost be useless because the subject is either too tiny or I have to get excessively close for a goid working distance and the fisheye effect becomes too distracting.

I’m waiting for S2H. Love and hope the idea of the new auto focus, 32 bit float audio. 8K 60P would be icing on the cake. Panny needs these features to take on Canon’s 5RC. Which is a 8K DSLR and been around quite sometime. Also the S1H is now 5 years old. So desperately needs and update model.

How do you find the magnetic mount holds whilst kayaking? The Go-Pro feels a more mechanical connection and wonder how the magnet compares.

This is an incredible level of technology. The train windows of a typical Tokyo suburb are perfectly reproduced. Even the way the train shakes is perfectly reproduced, as is the irregular arrangement of houses and apartments in the city due to uncontrolled sprawl. The images are so realistic that I am under the illusion that these memories were real in my life of exactly this kind of scenery. The lack of reproduction of the overhead poles and residential utility poles is regrettable, but the rest of the film is beyond reproach. It is unbelievable that such high quality images can be output with only a few lines of prompting.
