This is great instruction and I will use it on the water and when I do SUP paddling indoors using my SUP ergometer. Reminds me of what Dave Chun does for training - like in this article: vasatrainer.com/blog/dave-chun-kialoa-standup-paddle-training-indoors/
the cross bow rudder, that's a nice move from the marathon canoeing world. that turn technique looks just like bouy turning in a C1 👍
