It's been 4 years since I bought this flat, and the builder keeps ignoring us. As per the RERA date, it is December 2023. The builder has now stopped replying to emails and refuses to attend any meetings as well.

In my personal view, people are being fooled in name of amenities in every other project. You have to pay almost 30-35 Lacs more that too for ok ok carpet area.
