These homes are beautiful. I am getting one but not from Amazon. In this day and time we have to use wisdom. If you know how to do things you could fix this home like a mansion. Get created , Like the kitchen I would order mines from Ikea. Living room I could fix it up. Bathroom looks great I seen a video where they have gold tolets. God sinks. I bust out laughing. You have to use your imagination, But it could come out beautiful.

I LOVE 22. I first burn my Bluray onto computer for one reason: This has very fine video adjustments for contrast and detail. (and color etc) When I add those two on any fantastic-looking Blu-ray THIS makes it look dramatically better! Also, there is an adjustment for old grainy films: You can make them look less grainy, WITHOUT sacrificing detail. Thank you for this!

Magnavox is supposed to be a Dutch brand but the label on the back shows Funai. Also, if you examine the back panel the audio input to VHS looks only to be monophonic so new VHS recordings from the external audio input will not be stereo?!!! This seems to be one of the only VCR's that can be purchased new so maybe you'd be willing to put up with it since not much else is available.

It's also good to keep in note that this unit is made by FUNAI, which is known for not the highest quality in terms of VCR's. But this is a decent VCR/DVD combo.

Bathroom doesn't look like it has a shower, nothing said about the plumbing, looking at the Amazon listing and other videos, the floor plan image MIGHT indicate a stand-up shower, but that is unclear, apparently you have to put in your own wiring, so I question if there is any plumbing, if you have to do that yourself also. It seems to be the lowest price one for a reason, not awfully useful if it is just a box with a sink and toilet for 5700$, I imagine you could build your own box out of wood with a sink and toilet for a fraction of that.
