I kept the meeting room rentals to $0 by default since many spaces don't use this as a revenue source, but you can easily fill out the fields B45-M45 with your hourly rate and B46-M46 with your projected number of hours rented. The rest should flow through automatically!

For example, if 160 hours/month is the max, should I use that # for month 12 and work down from there? (Also, I'm surprised to hear that! I don't think I've ever been to a space that didn't have meeting room costs. Interesting...)

@@ohhellobusiness It might be my personal bias, because I didn't have enough conference rooms to be comfortable renting them 😄 I would recommend setting what you think is a realistic goal for booking out rooms long-term-which I would say should be well below the maximum possible number of hours-and work your way backwards from there. Of course it's up to you how aggressive/ambitious you want to be with these estimations, but unless you have a good reason to believe otherwise I'd err on the side of being conservative. I wouldn't want your model to totally depend on a huge number of conference room rentals to work, and if you get that then it's gravy! Personally I'd estimate something like a max average of 2 hours per day per room, so something like 42 paid rented hours per month per room. How's that sound?

You can always add it in if you need - this is meant to be a guide for someone getting started to determine a rough outline of a model to see what’s viable. But you can always build it out with more real-life expenses if need be!

Tony Bacigalupo hi, I just wonder if animation works when ppt used as virtual backgrouns, like when a student got a correct answer or wrong I got to click corresponding reinforecement when they got the correct/wrong answer, eg: correct answer = a star with animation will appear saying “You are correct” something like that or if they got the wrong answer, a crying emoji with saying “Try Again” will appear.

@@chelmiTV Looks like the support for this right now is extremely basic, so I wouldn't rely on it for anything more than just the most simple presentations!
