I had no idea this existed. I assumed Air Attack and Air Attack 2 were the only aircraft focused games of Army Men.

I was pretty young when I played this game, so the game over screens used to scare the crap out of me.

This story line for this game didn't need to go that hard but my god me as a little kid was drawn to this whole game and it's story. The voice actors themselves did an excellent job as well and i wish we had a reboot of this game woth better gameplay graphics just don't touch the story

So many children learned the horrors of war when they got this game. RIP my heroes my beloved friends. You are free from this never ending conflict, free from the constant destruction that engulfs this world but im still here still fighting looking for that final battle that will bring me home to you my beloved friends. Absolute props and kudos given to Jim Cummings, one of my favorite VAs, for nailing the role of both Sarge and Plastro (and for all i know, every other male role in the Sarges Heroes series) Forgot how damn fun the cutscenes were, brought to life by his passionate theatrics (seriously, i can tell he had fun as Plastro)

I did take a look at the leaked (was it leaked?) editor myself a little while back, and it was too confusing for me to understand, so kudos to you for being able to figure it out! Unlike every other Army Men game released on the PC, only the first game stores all of its sounds in some weird .asd sound bank format. They all are just standard .wav files though.

Memories. They may have not been the greatest isometric shooters, but the Army Men series was a childhood favorite and without doubt had a ton of charm, these "You Lose" sequences were always my favorite part-- so much more elaborate and hilarious than they had any right to be. Something about plastic soldiers getting obliterated in uniquely gruesome ways will always be hysterical. "SARGE IS DEAD!!"🪖

It would be great if Sony revived Socom and it would be epic if Naughty Dog, which created sagas like The Last of Us, Uncharted and Jak and Dakter, developed a player-focused Socom reboot with a human story about the realities soldiers face. and their families away from the battlefield. It would be great to play with two special forces operators, one would be a Navy Seals and, in the middle of the story, a member of the ROK Navy Special Warfare Flotilla south Korea (UDT/SEALS), who are located in different places in Asia. Central that fights against jihadist Islamic terrorists, a third-person shooting video game with linear and stealth action.

I've only played Sarge's Heroes for Dreamcast and loved it. I'm not good at shooter games and this game gave me one that I could enjoy. Will have to check out more from the top tiers of your list! Great idea for a ranking, great explanations, overall great video! Thanks!
