This video randomly crossed my YT at the very moment I was contemplating on quitting school 😕. I'm 2 quarters away from finishing my BA in Criminal Justice, 😢and everything has seemingly been going well up until a few months ago. Life has been heavy, making it hard to focus on my school work . My health has been under attack, and my kids have been giving more issues. Work has been stressful amongst other things, and I've been questioning if God wants me to keep going! When I enrolled 2 years ago at the university, I knew in my spirit God wanted me here, especially after the constant battle I had to fight just to get into my program . Nevertheless, I've been pushing thru, and it's getting harder the closer I seem to approach the finish line. Jeremiah 29:11 often crosses my mind, but im just praying I can make it because im emotionally, mentally, and physically feeling defeated 😮‍💨. Thank you so much for sharing this, maybe God is using this video to encourage me to endure til the end. ❤️🙏🏽

I am so glad to have seen this video in my recommendations. I've recently gone back to school and felt the same insecurities. I can say that is sooo true!!! I went back to school at 29, got my associates. Then it felt like God was leading me back to school again to get my Bachelors at 33, life happened again . Got married , had a baby, went back to school again. Went through a divorce, became a single mom, and finished my BA in Psychology at 42 Dec 2023. God opened no other doors but education. 😂😂😂

I’ve had desire to go after an education at an Ivy League school for a while now, but I’m not sure if that desire is from God or if it’s pride.

I am in the final stages of completing my second PhD, altough I do not know what's next, I am trusting him to lead and guide me. Tfs and continued success with your endeavors!

Wow- this really spoke to me! I just enrolled in an online program to finish getting my bachelor’s degree. I’ve experienced a failed business, multiple college drop outs, debt, wasted time, and several near successes that would always turn into failure. Earlier in the summer my heart was absolutely broken with the intense amount of rejection that I’ve gone through. Out of my sheer pain and agony I completely surrendered my ambitions, my dreams, and my aspirations to God because I didn’t have any of these things left. I lost my will to dream and I had no vision. I surrendered my sense of control. I surrendered to the fact that I’ve been running away from my true callings. And after that night of crying out to God, He gave me clear cut directions. And it won’t take as long as I thought it’d be, and it won’t cost me as much as I thought it would either. This time, I know exactly what I want to do and why. This time around I will follow God completely because I’m more acquainted with His voice. I’m about to turn 30 next month, so this will be a completely fresh start for me. Thank you for sharing your testimony ❤

Girl, you are such a blessing. Every time I hear one of your testimonies I am blown away by your vulnerability, courage and wisdom. You are an authentic soul and I believe God will continue to use you mightily. Please pray for me. I am in my early sixties and feel as if I’ve lost most of my life to fear, anxieties and depression. I pray I still have time to continue turning my life around and hope to one day be the woman God wants me to be. Someone I can be really proud of.

Thank you! I’m in the midst of this exact journey your testifying. I felt too young and lacked experience to be doing PhD. After two years of contemplating. Submitted my proposal and got accepted three weeks later, which usually takes three months. It was Gods plan all along. I just had to trust and to continue to Trust him. This is so encouraging to hear that I’m not alone in this pathway. 🥰

This was all too perfect timing. I've actually known for some time now how stubborn I can be, and how I've been that way ever since I was a child. Of course it would get me in trouble, but as you were praying, I felt how tiresome I've been in being this way. I'm so tired of being stubborn and now I'm starting to realize how much this double edge sword cuts me and other things in my life.
